okay so here's the vision: in games canon, nega is presented as "what if eggman was more evil and fucked up and whimsyless?" to match blaze's serious sonic role. okay well stc eggman is already pretty fucked up and whimsyless, so what if we just mirror the mirror? hence the news of the world redraws :) and the panel i didnt feel like redrawing but really like for nega characterization.

blazes powers were an intentional experiment. sonic and kintobor have a real doc and marty situation. ovi is a bit of a ditzy scientist goof. gean was serious. he raisef blaze after her parents passed and trained her for her role as princess. he was her mentor and guide. she relied on him to bear the weight of things for her. after the accident, she now bears it alone. more tragic version of sonics situation, to capture the games implication of nega being nastier

rather than trying to wrest control from a dictator, blaze maintains peace from a position of power. she isn't interested in being a hero, she is forced into it by the accident. she would prefer to build something bigger. but it's lonely at the top

she sees herself as a servant of the people, rather than their idol. this is her JOB!!

gean is an anagram instead of just mirrored because 1) it's alternate world :) and 2) hes SCRAMPLED....

Some rough Dragon Ball designs I did a while ago inspired by JTTW.

Chi-Chi’s design and clothing are inspired by Red Boy, specifically his costume in the 80s TV show. Goku takes his color palette from Turles and the stone monkey concept. Yamcha is part wolf because of that one time Toriyama forgot who he was in an interview and asked if he was a werewolf. Bulma has a chunky metal hand/gauntlet thing because I thought it looked cool.

I like Chioatzu's design And yes I am leaning more Into what they are inspired on the myths like in jttw so Chiatzu will be like Nezha but also still and Emperor of Mifan and have some greek gods etc.

Sol dimension movie Amy

What if Amy was introduced as a resident of the sol dimension

Context:

In this AU Amy is technically Knuckles’ dimensional counterpart like Blaze is to Sonic and Marine is to Tails.

Amy is the only hedgehog that resides in the sol dimension and guards over an ancient relic (her hammer) that has been passed down for generations.

Amy is still her bubbly and energetic self but she tends to put up a stoic persona due to other warriors not taking her seriously in the past. When she meets Sonic and the gang her true self eventually shines through with the help of their kindness and acceptance. This later helps Blaze open up to others with Amy's bubbly and outgoing nature.

Bonus context:

Sonic put two and two together, that they may be dimensional counterparts of each other while Amy is a bit skeptical.

Amy still has a huge crush on Sonic and expresses it more when she finally drops her persona.

Also Marine gets her water powers back cuz I say so😊.

Personality-wise I feel like it would depend on how often 17 is actually around them (he seems to be away from them a lot because of work) buuuuuuut 17 does have a very strong personality that could probably overcome distance enough to rub off onto a kid anyway c':

Theories on Wooly!!

Okay now that the second game is finally out I'm gonna give my thoughts and theories.

I laughed so hard when Amanda jumped Wooly and sided eyed him in the Patience tape 😭

It seems like Wooly is just programmed to be her "best friend" so therefore he doesn't understand that she has real human emotions (and that she's literally trapped inside but he thinks she's going off script) and gives toxic positively because he wants her stay happy.

My theory is that he's also programmed to stop her from wandering too far (aka escaping) and stopping viewers from helping her get out, which makes him the monster. Remember the Storytime tape when he asks you which type of story you like? If you put Horror, he gets flashbacks of being tortured, and when Amanda says "wait" to the monster, Wooly's eyes go black for a second

In the tape where they are fixing things Amanda wants to fix more things but Wooly is pessimistic and doesn't want to, the roles later reverse but when Amanda says he can't fix her heart he gets upset too because he can't make her happy.

Could just be overthinking from these small details but it's my theory :3

Could you explain more about the lore of your Twins Au?

Sure! I was planning to anyway :) Let's start off with Rebecca:

Rebecca is Amanda's twin sister and is younger than her by 10 seconds.

She often wears her hair in two low buns she only copies her sisters hair style when she's replacing her in episodes for the show.

Before getting adopted by Sam Colton, Rebecca would often get upset when she thought about her real biological parents at the orphanage, so her sister Amanda would make up adventure stories to keep her happy.

She came up for the idea of Wooly because of her love of sheep's (She even had sheep plushy)

She was never that eager to be an actor but wanted to help Amanda

She only acts the show on and pretends to be Amanda because hiring twins to play one role in movies and TV shows can help with child labor laws by allowing crews to film for longer (yes this is a real thing), with the rise in popularity of show doing this became more regular

She's more introverted than Amanda

She has circular pupils

Hameln experimented with her first when they thought of the whole "putting Amanda into a real cartoon" idea but wanted to experiment on Rebecca first before trying it on Amanda, Rebecca ended up turning into a monster as a side effect.

Okay now it's Amanda's turn:

Amanda is the oldest twin by 10 seconds and loves to brag about it but also prides herself in being a big sister to her younger twin and hates seeing her sad.

Made up adventure stories to make Rebecca happy, and their adoptive father Sam Colton pitched her stories as tv show

Being more extroverted than her sister, she was over the moon when she got the opportunity to be an actor. She encouraged Rebecca and helped practice her lines with her

Has "n" shaped pupils (it's the only other way to tell the difference between her Rebecca other than the hair styles)

She loves her sister

She likes apples alot (she's probably responsible for all the apple based episodes)

She blames herself for what happened to Rebecca and develops trust issues due to her traumatic time at Hameln

I'm so proud of the little apple I drew 😂
