Steel snake penannular brooch, with a pineapple twist used for the scale pattern.

I have a disease that makes me think impractically long pins on these brooches look cool, but to be fair, based on some of the period examples I've seen, so did medieval people.

Some of the steel hair sticks I've forged out of masonry nails. The red glass in the first one was a marble...melting (and sometimes exploding) marbles in the forge was extremely fun lol

journal for my partner with woodburned covers and coptic and french link stitch binding! this was my first attempt at this type of book binding and I like the look and that it can lay flat, though I still prefer stab binding lol. also first time making a book with wooden covers but I’m definitely going to do it again

The box I woodburned for my partner for Christmas. The snake is one complete, connected drawing from head to tail (it crosses the bottom of the box, not shown since there’s not much else there). It was a fun challenge to map out all the sides in my sketches so I’d get all the coils where I wanted them and they’d all connect up!
