Expedition Bigfoot: The Sasquatch Museum in Ellijay, GA, was awesome. A red velvet-lined theater room, scratchy audio recordings, lots of info on regional variations (i.e. The Honey Island Swamp Monster of Louisiana!), and tons of beautiful vintage movie posters. My favorite section was the Yeti display--complete with torn tent and Tibetan prayer flags blowing in a light breeze from a hidden fan--which touched on the Dyatlov Pass incident (*shiver*). And I got to see the full collection of David Paulides' Missing 411 books, on display but sadly not for sale. Super fun afternoon.
