Ik you're a planner but like do you have a date or the themes and shit set up?

we do as well!

by doing a spinner we decided that the date's gonna be the 1st-8th of Feb.

we have the list of themes/prompts whatever you wanna call 'em but they're not set in stone yet. I'm not the one doing most of the prompts, just checking them over. @nico-not-found / @horizons-confessions is the one doing the main work on them.

and @robininhell is starting to work on a poster currently! I'll be helping obviously, I'm not just some lil lazy shit.

Building a team for Horizons characters

RVT adults-

Friede-

I love the idea of Friede being a sword and shield. he will fight for his friends, but he'll also defend them. thats why Aegislash is on there.

Porygon-Z and Kabutops is 100% because he's a professor. he goes away again and comes back with these random Pokemon he either got from a fossil or some random artificial Pokemon.

Murdock-

Obviously a lot of his Pokemon are based off of food... thats the main reason I gave him the first 3.

Pyukumuku is a Pokemon that will stay in one spot it likes. it will not move, just sit there. even to the point of starvation. I can see one sneaking onto the ship and Murdock starts feeding it so it doesn't have to move.

Orla-

I gave her Infernape because of the energy. its a free spirit Pokemon, just like Orla allowed herself to be free spirited.

Torkoal requires coal to live. it looks for it and burns it for energy. after running out of coal, it becomes weak and immobile and eventually dies due to the fire inside its shell running out. An episode where Orla finds one and allows it to use some of the ships coal in return that it helps out would be good.

Carkol and Slugma are because I have a hc that one day after the crew properly disband for the right reasons they both just go with Orla as they've spent years with her.

Ludlow-

Tbh I couldn't give him a full team. just couldn't think of that much for it.

Drampa is an obvious choice as he resembles one.

Hisuian Goodra is a Pokemon known to hate being alone. it will run riot and cause chaos if its trainer leaves its side which... yeah, Ludlow doesn't move much. perfect fit.

Mollie-

yeah, ngl this is done by Robin (passed my laptop to her and everything)

Mollie's team would be a lot of normal/ normal nurse Pokemon tbh.

I feel as though if she got an Indeedee it'd have to be a male one as it suits her energy a lot more.

Absol is hated and known as a Pokemon that brings disaster wherever it goes, due to this is lives isolated on mountains. I doubt Mollie would have this hatred towards it, as she has a brain. they'd make a good duo with Absol leading Mollie towards any danger so she can help out.

...Luxray has X-ray vision. great for when you live on a ship with only the basic kinds of medical supplies and no way to do proper X-rays...

One day we may do an explorers version but who knowss...

Building a Pokemon team for Horizons characters

RVT kids-

Liko-

Obviously Terapagos, Hattrene and Meowscarada are already hers.

She'll probably be getting Armarogue at some point which will match her with Amethio.

Altaria is a huge want for a lot of the fandom, and it'd be cool to have at least one mega on her team.

Aurorus is probably a huge stretch but I like the idea of Liko and Roy being given fossils and then Liko getting Amaura and Roy getting Tyrunt. it'd tie them together pretty well.

Roy-

obviously a lot of his team he already has.

Tyrantrum is the same as Liko's, to match with her as the main two protagonists.

Hitmonchan didn't have much reasoning behind it tbh, its just there (like Kilowattrel is on his actual team).

kinda had an idea with Arctozolt to have him go to Galar and have his own episode where he gets this. Having a time where he gets to be a kid and pick up treasure again until he has to go back to the ship and act like an adult.

Dot-

Grimmsnarl honestly seems like something Dot would have tbh. it fits her vibe a lot and I feel as though going to Galar and having her vibe in the Glimwood tangle would be pretty fun.

Toxtricity is a lot of the vibe too. Toxel is a Pokemon that craves attention and will throw a tantrum if it doesn't get it, plus picking it up makes it release poisons inside of its body. Dot would be a trainer that could give it the attention and probably just... not touch it much. Toxtricity would 100% be the Low Key form for Dot with its nature following hers a lot.

I just want her to get a Lycanroc man. Her uncle and her mom has one, it seems like a family think atp to have them. it'd probably be the most energetic Pokemon on her team.

Ult-

HOLY SHIT BASICALLY ALL OF THESE ARE BECAUSE THEY'RE MISCHIEVOUS.

Obstagoon? mischievous. Gengar? mischievous.

Hydreigon is known to argue a lot between the heads, and that reminds me a lot of Ult and Roy so it could be a good fit.

Kleavor is a heavy hitter and attacks head on, just like Ult.

I am still continuing with the playlists, this one was mostly by me and @robininhell for fun cause we got bored. already got the adults ones so we're good and they'll be up in a few minutes (and Ludlow this time yippee)
