💚The BEST thing I did when I started exercising was doing A LOT of body weight only exercises because they helped me build the foundation for weight training. They helped me build a strong core, stamina, muscle endurance and flexibility. . . 💥 These are the reasons why body weight exercises are super important 🥰🥰 and why no matter how much weight training I do, I always make time to incorporate some body weight exercises 🥰🥰.. . 💥 Complete each exercise back to back with minimum brake in between (15-20 seconds ) 10 repetitions each.,, When you finish all 6 exercises then you take a break for 2 minutes. Then you repeat 3 more rounds. Total 4 rounds 🥰 .
