     it mattered not, perhaps she was just frozen in place? how many really got the chance to meet a harbinger, not many. though the doctor figured she would try to escape, he didn't need her for anything, or perhaps something she had that he needed, his info didn’t tell him anything, only time will tell. “hmm, that just might be your nerves.” he paused, “do you really think you can face me?” he smirked, his feet slowly approaching, he wouldn’t make any moves, yet.

 “Crozet. I’m Knight Crozet.” its not exactly a point of pride, but at the same time it is. He brings shame with his antics, but at the same time he has the best defence , possibly better then his own original. As a moonlight he has to prove as a challenge to survive. 

 “And no, I don’ know who you are. I just know you have a pretty handsome face and that makes you half the time my enemy.”

     crozet? he didn’t remember the knight looking like that. he had white hair, if he recalled correctly. was he an imposter? perhaps but it didn’t seem like it either. perhaps he had to stick around and find out, especially if he doesn’t even remember him of all people. hmm, it made him wonder if this crozet remembered the heir of the covenant.

a soft smile came to his face, perhaps he really couldn’t, needing to introduce himself for starters (despite being his enemy half the time?) was being handsome all that important? “well- i’m vildred, i’m sure you’ve heard of me. a general of ezera, a friend of the heir of the covenant, you do know him, don’t you?”

     they won't make it? nonsense. he knew they could, their horses were fast and the enemy wasn't going to catch up "what makes you think we won't? otherwise we won't, i cannot afford to lose anyone." he wasn't going to lose her, he'd hate to lose any allies, otherwise he couldn't become the king if he did.

Venti knew well that the Tsaritsa was seeking them out as his eyes narrowed, he looked at the binds holding him down as more anemo energy escaped.

“I think I already know what she has in mind and I don’t plan to become a part of it, she plans to take over Teyvat and being back the promised land correct?”

No way was he being used as a simple pawn, the anemo now swirling as it grew in power, he was trying to break free as the air pressure became tight within the room he was secured in.

     a low growl emitted from his lips, the archon was still trying to escape after he made sure he was tightly secured, so leaving shouldn’t be in naught. perhaps he underestimated him, the anemo archon seemed to still be just as powerful without his gnosis. “i’ll let you figure that out yourself,” he hissed while his fist clutched momentarily then eased up.

     he didn’t need to explain anything to him, he couldn’t allow his nor the tsarista’s plans be known, unless there was something venti knew that the doctor didn’t. hmm, it didn’t matter, he knew he could still handle this one way or another. “trying to leave?” he paused, “it’s futile. still, even when you do it doesn’t matter, i already have what i need.”

 “It would. But I’m still a knight, even if no one remembers!”

 “I won’t back down from my vows, I’ll continue to protect people to the bitter end. Its just a bit strange no one remembers me at all.” 

Its , really really weird. Some words were thrown about two years ago but the conversation he had with the person who had his face wasn’t very ….useful. Or he purposely forgot it. 

 “I remember a lot of people! But even I can’t seem to find them too.”

     he didn’t seem quite understand how no one could remember who he is, nor could he. well, he had yet to get his name (perhaps its a start). “you remember a lot of people - do you know who i am?” vildred asked, otherwise he could introduce himself if the case wasn’t.

     “and, why don’t you introduce yourself?” another question; a good way to assist this knight in finding if his identity was really good or not. there surely had to be a reason why no one remembered who he is.
