If that was the case, then the beach was out of the question.

"The Titty Typhoon it is!" He cheered. He didn’t know exactly what they’d do when they got there, but they could worry about that later. Surely there would be plenty of options, if not there, then elsewhere on the island. "Unless Hinata-kun had another idea?"

"Hm..." He thought for a while, before shaking his head. "Y'know if we could find a place that they sell mochi at around here, I think I'd be the most content person alive." He admitted, frankly. 

"But I doubt there is any places." He sighed. "Do you know for sure, by any chance?"

"Wooo! Excuse moi, let Ibuki pass please!" The rocker pushes her way through the small crowd to appear ahead of everyone else, a smile spreading over her tender features as she fixes her sight on her classmate.

"If it isn’t Hajime-chan! Yooooo, what’s up? Ibuki missed ya!"

"Oh- Ibuki. Hey...!" 

He gratefully looked at her, side-glancing at the other people anxiously. At least the crowd of people decided to talk amongst themselves instead of staring at him. He looked at Ibuki once he knew he was completely safe from the other group and let out a small puff of air. "Thanks, I owe you one. So many people." He rested his index finger on his temple before continuing, "I haven't been up to a lot, I'm still trying to adjust to all these alternates and weird things around here lately." He grumbled slightly under his breath. It was always a little unsettling to see a complete personality-warp version of himself, and he'd seen it happen more than once. 

"But hey, what's up with you?"

"Mhm, Isn’t it like yer in yer home, and then of the nothing showed up here. Ibuki doesn’t think they have superpowers, and do things unintended."

      — “Ah, Hinata-kun!” Komaeda greeted with his usual grin. “Good to see you too. How have you been?”

"Ah, nice to meet ya’, kid. The name’s Leon Kuwata. Whaddup?" Out of habit, Leon flicked his tongue ring over his teeth. It was something he got used to doing out of nerves.

"Nice to meet you too..." Hinata said, closely examining the other. He sort of reminded him of Souda, for whatever reason.

"There's not a lot going on with me," He began. "-Unfortunately. What about you?"

” Hello there…Hinata-kun was it right? My name is Nibori Nanami..and I think you’ve met my female counterpart?…Everyone is comparing me to her…would you be so kind and not do that? It hurts my feelings I guess…But still it’s nice to meet you..”

Another gender-swap. Hinata thought. ...He'd met one before. It wasn't as weird anymore, he guessed. 

"Of course, I understand. It's nice to meet you, as well."

"Hey hey! No stealing my ability Hinata." He waved his finger slightly and grinned. Of course he was just messing around

Hinata looked at Komaeda and smiled lightly, bobbing his head. "Of course, I wouldn't dream of it."

"How have you been, Komaeda?"

It was fairly unlikely that a time would come when Komaeda wasn’t elated that others were willing to spend time with him. As soon as Hinata agreed, a smile lit up his face.

"We could go to the Titty Typhoon on the third island," he suggested, "or there’s always the beach! There’s plenty to do here, actually."

Hinata returned Komaeda's smile lightly, shrugging. "Sounds good to me. The only thing about the beach is..."

"Well... I'm not that great of a swimmer." He admitted, frowning. "I guess I have enough swimming abilities to go in the ocean, but I'm not that big of a water person. Either choice is fine by me though." He did like to think of himself as a flexible person. Whatever Komaeda wanted to do. He enjoyed spending time with each of his friends, and normally didn't mind what they did together.

"But Ibuki doesn’t know why they always lost around here… Like, there’s no other place to get lost…"

"That does make it especially odd."

"And it's even more odd to think that they had no conscious idea of where they were going. I mean, we're in a pretty open place right? It's not like we're in the middle of the forest or something."
