It’s okay to learn how to say no. It’s okay to find love again, when you thought you were rendered incapable. It’s okay to learn to smile again, to laugh again. It’s okay to sleep and eat. It’s okay to acknowledge your hurt, it’s okay to know what happened to you sucked, and it’s okay to move on.
