Epäonnistumisten kaunis skaala

Mulla toki on subjektiivinen suhtautumimen arviointiasteikkoon mitä Universidad Católica käyttää, mut onha se nyt helvetin hienoo jos on eri tasoja miten voi epäonnistua :D oon koittanu sisäistää koko lukukauden arviointiasteikkoa 1-7, jossa 7 on toki paras ja 1 on totaalinen no show. Mutta tuoha on simppeli ensinäkemältä?! Sain sit lisätietoja toisilta opiskelijoilta ja yhden kurssin arviointisysteemeistä, ja mun espanjantaidoilla ymmärsin et nelosella ei tainnu päästä läpi, ainakaa tyylipuhtaasti. Mut toihan tarkottaa että läpipääsylle on eri asteet mutta myös epäonnistumiselle! :D on huono, tosi huono ja aivan paska :D siitä motivaatiota.

Oon suorittanu loppuun kaikki kurssit enkä ees tiedä miten ne meni. Toivottavasti en failannu aivan totaalisesti. :D

First presentation in Spanish - total disaster. :D Too much and too complicated information, add poor preparation and there you have it. Generally speaking about studying, I don't know which is less motivating: understanding everything without effort or understanding only partly with a lot of effort. I always found myself bored in classes but now when I need to concentrate I'm not bored. Just lost. University vocabulary is more difficult than ordinary life vocabulary.

awesome! last night I was doing my marketing assignment until 2-3am and afterwards went to bed and for my surprise had my first lucid dream! it was somewhat short since I realized what was happening I got excited and woke up.. :/ but it was awesome while it last:D

this is at least one good thing I can think of happening after 2 am.

Inicio del semestre

On Friday there was this great beginning of the semester parties. Good stuff mate. I'm concerned whether I dare to show myself around the campus. Monday will tell. Oh well, at least I got to know some people. That's what counts :D When is the next carrete? :D

summer vacation's over

the week of silence now ends as the school week ends as well. magnificent campus, man that is big. I need to take some pictures around next week.

the first week at the university was crazy. I made it (somewhat). everything is not ready yet but looking good.

one weird note: am I becoming old? on wednesday the only thing that drove me forward the 7 hours of first classes at the uni was the student party in the evening. due to random factor (which occur ~always, they're normal) made me not to leave after all. didn't even get things started until I realized it was too late... or maybe it's just that the parties are getting old. who knows?

adventures in the metro

First time in the Santiago metro and during the rush hour (of course). That was quite fun - trying not to fall and keeping eye on everyone nearby. That's what I read that only thieves use metro but to me it looked like people were just going to work with no intentions of robbing me. :-) nice folk.

Earlier during the week I didn't have the confidence to travel underground so I walked nearly the same distance (~5km). That felt a little extreme with sunshine and the warm temperature. But I was there for the bureaucracy so the walking there was the easy part. After couple of hours of waiting I finally got the precious piece of paper. Neat.

Sooo, after today can relax about the paperwork. or so I think.

olipa mielenkiintoinen uni viime yönä.

pidin vauvojen päivähoitoa ja kauheasti äitejä toi mulle vauvoja hoidettavaksi. olin kai sijaisena kun en tiennyt miten/miksi hommat on kuten on: vauvat laitettiin parvekkeelle chillaamaan vaikka siellä ei ollut kunnon kaiteita :D jossain vaiheessa menin katsomaan mitä vauvoille kuuluu ja yksi vauva oli kaiketi potkinu muut alas. paria kerrosta alempana kadulla vaan iso kasa vauvoja. paniikissa hakemaan niitä takasi nii joku espanjaa puhuva nainen oli asetellu vauvat kauniisti riviin. :D ja ilmeisesti kaikki vauvat oli kunnossa. sitten se uni loppui.

mitäköhän helvettiä tuo sitten tarkoittaa :D
