Write a piece about a former friend attempting to come back into someone's life

Rumi is an expert on hiding it, but she actually gets pretty nervous before interviews sometimes.

It’s not a secret that she’s an anxious person, and sometimes the anxiety kicks in right before interviews and there’s not much to do, so that’s when Zoey comes in.

Sweet lovely Zoey, who has touch as a primary love language, and who knows that touch helps Rumi to get out of an anxiety spiral before it fully forms.

So it’s not uncommon to see zoerumi holding hands or hugging during interviews. Actually, the fandom is filled with video compilations of Zoey playing with Rumi’s hand, caressing her back, holding her waist… And it’s the cutest thing ever.

I wish we saw more of Megumi and Maki interacting.

Both neglected by their parents, both suffering by having lost a sister... They have so much in commom and so much friendship potential.

Not to mention how well their fighting styles meshes, as we briefly saw during the goodwill event arc.

You try to speak, because something inside you insists on being heard, yet the world shies away from voices that echo too brightly, too honestly, too close to whatever a soul truly is.

So you shape masks out of quiet nights and borrowed smiles, each one fitting just enough to pass, each one soft enough not to disturb anything. You learn to mute your joy, your strangeness, your colors.

Pieces of you fall away like petals in slow motion, just so you can keep moving.
