Always fell for that smile of yours. From the moment your dimples began to form and your voice echoed through the universe. You were the best thing that had ever happened to me. But there comes a time when even good things don’t last. And you have to let them go. You can’t forget me like that. It’s not easy to forget someone like me, someone who looked right in they eye of anything that dared to harm you. Someone who was the shield to your sorrows. Someone who loved you and cared for you. This shield continued to protect you because it had become your bestfriend. You were nothing without it. It was left damaged and dented because it gave and gave, it loved and loved, it protected you and protected you. But when it asked for you to fix it with a little bit of love and affection, you threw your shield in the bin like it was nothing.

This feeling couldn’t be explained in words. In fact words weren’t the tool to explain it. It could only be felt. It was a beautiful and painful sort of feeling. A daring affection. Not everyone is capable of it. Some can’t handle the honour of this feeling. Only you have the complete right over it. The right to love this person till the end, the right to destroy yourself in this love because it feels so good yet so bad. You don’t expect anything in return, you just give. You give every bit of yourself until there is nothing left to give. But you continue to give until there are no remains of you.

The thing about her is that she’s just crazy. She gets drunk on literature and fall in love too easily but denies it. She builds walls all around her but she pokes them for fun. She’s irrational and not perfect at all but one thing is for sure; you will fall for her.
