I do believe it will be for PC, but will probably require an upgraded graphics card to play on Ultra settings.

They did specify Next Gen Consoles only as far as consoles tho. They learned their lesson. Games for new and old console require more work than they can provide. AND this game is not set to release for another 2 years when the new gen consoles will be the main focus of many studios.
