Hello! I know it's likely that no one is reading this, as my little comic never really got any popularity (I'm not upset about that). But just in case my little project ever becomes some kind of internet anomaly or something- the reason I ended Ampersand and Friends the way I did, is because as much as I love these characters, I burnt out on this project. Each Hiatus just kept getting longer and longer, until I felt the timing just wasn't compatible with me ever continuing. I actually had a dream about it ending this way, and I took that as a sign to finally give these characters the ending they deserve, forever at peace instead of residing within hiatus limbo.
