welcome to anastasia source! a fan blog dedicated to productions of the new ahrens and flaherty musical, based on the 20th century fox movies of the same name. anastasia made its world debut at hartford stage in hartford, connecticut on may 12, 2016 with direction by darko tresnjak and starred christy altomare and derek klena as anya and dmitry, respectively. it made its broadway premiere at the broadhurst theatre on april 24, 2017.
