Their home was ripped away from them, and they had spent so long in that place not together, despite plans to travel, to see the world, to see what every place had to offer, but that option was, once again, taken away. Crossing the town line meant losing who they really were, which would be losing one another, again. "Our home?" They are in different places, mostly. He has reunited with his brothers, and she, who has always been an outsider amongst the fairies, and even the 'nuns' of Storybrooke, is still that. "Or do you consider Storybrooke to be home now?"

It wasn't a feeling he liked having, constant worry for Lucy when she was out on a call. He wasn't used to being the one left behind, spending more times in meetings and behind a desk and unable to be there if something went wrong. "I know you do." He replied with a sigh, looking over at Lucy and Nolan who were deep in conversation about a call that they had taken together and the bullets that had nearly missed both of them. "I'm not used to not being out there with her. I spend all my time worrying that I'm going to hear officer down and it's going to be her."

grogu might still be learning to talk, but he he knew more words in his mind. it was only in rare moments did he miss luke... and ahsoka, for they could communicate with him. still, he had made his choice. this is the way. looking up at din, he longed for the ig-12, at least then he could explore a bit more and at his own pace. looking up at his father he offered an expression, one that read: let me down please.

his life had certaintly changed in the last few standard years. he had been a bounty hunter, an apostate and now a father training an apprentice, a very mischevious apprentice. one he cared for more than even he wanted to admit... ❛  will you be careful this time? ❜

a small nod of a little head, but then he saw someone... someone familiar and he very quickly decided he did not want to actually explore and instead simply stay close to djarin. a quick shake of his head, as he slowly pointed towards the figure. instant alarm bells arose in djarin... it was so rare to see grogu actually ... stop for a moment.

❛  grogu? ❜ he quickly held grogu tighter in his arms, before moving his hand towards his blaster, keeping it there just incase. ❛  stop right there... who are you? ❜
