I was supposed to spend the next few days in Rio De Janiero hanging out at Copacabana Beach with new friends and seeing my first major soccer game. Alas, the Covid-19 crisis became too much at home and risk of being stuck was at the top of everyone's mind. I'm hoping my new Swiss, German, Argentinian and English friends make it home without difficulty tomorrow as I await my flight home. Travel is a gift. Braved the wind and the stock market to finally make it to the Smithsonian African-American Museum at the National Mall in DC.
