Laying upon the Earth is a sure fire way to get back in your body and rekindle the direct relationship between You and your guides. This is ancient wisdom, imbedded in and shared by those rightfully of this land and also inherent part of our energetic structure. This planet affords us tangible tools for healing with every step. She transmutes our pains and joys and fogs infusing regenerated life force energy into our cellular makeup without desire or expectation for return. She is ancient Mother. She is treasured friend. Any time we feel out of touch we have allowed temporary and reversible neuro pathways to form that essentially bypass the heart to express themselves in forms protective and segragatory for the purpose of creating the illusion of control and feigning an assemblance of safety from the tides of change. We are never unsafe. Change is constant. If we adopt the notion that all is 4 us and never against us we know it to be a gift. We are never alone. Every One is You. Our North Star takes form as the center of our spirit and aligning with its expanse requires nothing from us but to listen. To the quiet stillness, to the abundant call, to the bright beaming of that which is the infinite essence of all that Is existing as You. Your answers are within. Your answers are throughout. Each One teaches One and your respect for Other is respect for You allowing for the continual weaving of creative webs richly exchanging information and reminders thus building communities of new archetype awakening to the harmonious acceptance of the dual partnership between Oneness and Self. This is the upwards spiraling dance of life. Our society spends a great deal of time focusing on micro in order to understand macro - while effective, we lose sight of the greater pictures at hand. When we view experience through higher principles, when we zoom out four, five, six times over and apply templates of the heart, all is rather simple. Choices are made with ease, we discard black and white/right and wrong thinking, we remember everything to be a call for love. My parents and siblings teach me this by being themselves. May I invite you to take an elevator from your head to your heart? Envision the journey 2, 3 ... 5, 7 ... below. Drop down. Touch ground. Level. It’s very safe, and you’ll like it there!
