Dear (Y/N),
I’m not very good with words, and you know it. But for you, I would try anything. Even writing a letter like this.
Sometimes, it feels like the world is too dark a place to find any light, and for a long time I was lost in that darkness. But then, you came along. You were the beacon that guided me back to the surface, the proof that light exists, even in the darkest places. I’m not good at expressing what I feel, because there’s so much inside me that it seems impossible to put it all into words, but I hope that somehow you understand.
You make me feel something I never thought possible. I’ve grown accustomed to loneliness, to the weight of my past, but suddenly, being by your side is where I find peace. You remind me that even those who walk in the shadows, like me, can find warmth in someone.
I know I’m not perfect. I carry a past that sometimes seems impossible to leave behind. But for you, I try. Every day, I try to be better, to be someone worthy of being by your side.
I want you to know that, no matter what fate has in store for us, I will always be here for you. If there is one thing I have learned, it is that love, true love, goes beyond time, circumstances and even shadows. And my love for you is like that: immortal, unshakable, constant.
