Sales And Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Establish and maintain current client and potential new client accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients. Prepare and submit relevant paperwork such as invoices, OR, pull out forms and other paperwork needed. Identify and resolve client concerns. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports. Assists in the development, design and creation of advertisement, other promotional materials. Prepares written correspondences, proposals and other communication activities. Assists in planning and preparing company's events. Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Las Piñas City. Female not more than 30 years old. Must be fully conversant with a good command of the English language. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and photoshop). Willing to handle multi-tasking jobs, and has excellent analytical skills Proficient in both oral and written communication. With interest in a long-term role in Marketing and Sales. We are currently looking for exceptional graduating students to undergo our Sales Internship Program Job Description : Sales Executive Trainee Qualifications : Pleasing personality with excellent oral and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation Computer Literate Maintains a professional appearance, resourceful, persuasive, can handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
