Honestly, I'm sick and tired of the bullshit that people trying to paint Mod as a terrible person and simply don't even try to understand the situation.
"She blocked me!" It's not surprising if you wrote that she was acting unreasonably, that Mr. Puzzles is not like RGB, and other such nonsense.
Here's a childish analogy: you're being bullied in school, you decide to contact the parents of the people who bullied you, but they remain silent, even though one of them simply said that bullying is bad, which obviously didn't help you. So you contact the principal of the school, and he decides to help you,but because of the principal's ferocity, other students, out of fear of getting under hot hand, began blaming you, saying things like, "You could have just ignored those who bullied you! Now we'll all be held accountable because of you." You decide to cut off all ties with those who told you this, which is obvious; no one wants to hear how they deserved the bullying and that it's their fault.
I hope this analogy was clear, and maybe even familiar to some.
Regarding plagiarism, I've seen many people say there's no such, that the details in the RGB's design are too obvious to call Puzzles plagiarism. But let's think about it: If someone copies Luna as cat from Sailor Moon, would that be plagiarism? Yes, of course, but the design is obvious! It's just a black cat with a crescent moon on its forehead—anyone could have come up with that. Yeah, sure, but that wouldn't make it any less plagiarism, right? So your certainty that there's no plagiarism is a question of the character's popularity: If Mod would create RGB later than Puzzles,yall would go crazy and try to cancel her,but because she created him over ten years ago and she is still not that popular,that's not really your problem,huh?
Now, Mod is acting correctly. If SMG4 doesn't respond to her, they'll respond to J4A, a company that is a network of lawyers specializing in copyright as i know.
Do you really think that acting legally is "unprofessional"? That instead of continuing to pointlessly knock on doors that won't open for a small creator, she turned to those who open up such doors legally is "stupid" and "too far"?
Most of you are simply afraid that the show will be canceled because of this, or that the cat will be turned into a dog, but Mod has already said more than once that she does not want the show to be canceled, and has suggested the most minor changes to the design of Puzzles.
At the moment, the parties NEED a conversation to reach a compromise and resolve the situation.
