I haven’t posted a weigh in in forever but I’m back up to around (at most) $46.7, my period starts tmrw and it’s been making me cr4ve a lot and I’ve been 0ver£at¡ng so much. The guilt is actually awful. Does anyone have any tips for waking up and getting super h7ngry and how to not get so bloated during and before your cycle??

I hate seeing people promoting waist trainers because they never mention how waist trainers compresses ur organs, weakens ur core, weakens ur pelvic floor, and nerve damage. Especially on TikTok because insecure teenagers are seeing that and buying them. Like you’re risking permanent and bad damage to ur organs for a temporary effect 🤦‍♀️
