What were you and patrick going to call charlotte if she was a boy???

Patrick suggested Pulitzer, just so he could tell people he had one. That went over like a sack of bricks. I really loved the name Luke for our son and he said he liked it too. I try to ignore the fact he probably fell in love with the idea of being able to use ‘Luke, I am your father’ rather than the actual name itself though. We didn’t think on it too much though, we just knew somehow that we had a baby girl.

Christmas Tea {in polish}

u guys…… this is like the best idea ever. all you need is to slice an apple very thinly into circles, then take a cookie cutter that’s a bit smaller than the apple slice and make a design! Why didn’t I think of that?! Christmas tea party anyone?!

You can slice using a mandoline or you can slice the apple with a really sharp knife (but the slice might be more unevenly cut with a knife)

Use your favorite tea recipe, or search my tags for tea recipes! ;)

What was your last christmas with patrick like and now that red john is dead I'm guessing he isn't where you are and lastly is it satisfying knowing that patrick with have the first happy christmas in 10 years. Merry christmas

All our Christmases were all lovely and pretty much the same each year except it was so precious when Charlotte was old enough to enjoy them as well. I think Patrick and I were more excited than her though because we were jumping on her bed and cuddling her awake at six in the morning and she was so cute and grumpy. Our last one was quite normal, we just spent the day together giving our presents and eating too much and wearing ugly festive sweaters and Patrick’s silly Christmas tree tie. We rugged Charlotte up and visited Danny, Pete and Sam (they gave her a baby elephant for Christmas but luckily it would live at the carnival) then we went to our special spot at the top of the cliff to see all the twinkling lights. It was very lovely. I hope Red John is at peace, wherever he is. He must’ve had a terrible life on Earth to have been so hateful so I hope he finds some peace and kindness in the afterlife. I adore watching Patrick so happy and full of life now, it’s like having, or at least, watching my husband come back. I can’t wait to see all the amazing Christmases he will have.
