I do think it's cute how courier 6 is generally depicted in the NCR ranger outfit but it makes me wonder why it's the only fallout game where the player character is popularly imagined as the start game screen soldier in fan art. FO2 start screen is meant to be the Chosen One i think? But even that's debatable lol

Replaying the arkham games (100%ing asylum atm) and now I’m just thinking about bruce wayne all the time… My portrait of bruce above…. One thing i love about the games is how the descriptions of each character profile make it abundantly clear—in a way that’s harder to realize when l’m reading comics—that every villain and in fact every single character is a Bruce Wayne or a Batman. All twisted versions of himself foils of him down to the smallest side minor villain. Two-Face is a Batman, Bane is a Batman, but Tommy Elliott is a Bruce Wayne (very obviously described in asylum as a “dark reflection” of bruce). The Penguin is a Bruce Wayne. Scarecrow is a Batman. Black Mask is a Bruce Wayne. etc etc… Catwoman is a Bruce Wayne. Ra’s is a Batman and Talia is a Bruce Wayne. and so on and so forth. just this constant conversation between someone who can never grow up and move past what changed them and scarred them—always sent back to that moment, that loss in childhood—and someone dedicated fully to a principle and willing to put it above everything else. Vengeance or Justice or Peace or whatever. Except bruce is both a Batman and a Bruce Wayne but he values human life greatly, even the worst and most dangerous lives. Which is what makes him a hero. he’s like noble and knightly and shit…the dark knight the dark defender :(
