From what I gather from other people online, Sadie Sink's character in Spiderman BND might be Jean Gray or possible Rachel Summers, so they can already tie the X-men in with Doomsday. So what if the Hand think she might be another Black Sky and they want to capture her. Enter Spidey and rest of the movie plot.

But then, in the post credit scene, you see either an anonymous member of the Hand, or one which was not killed in BND talk to their leader about another Black Sky they lost. And then that leader turns out to be Elektra. And then she be like " However unfortunate that is, we still have another trick up our sleeve." Cue cocky grin and pan of the camera to none other than revived Foggy Nelson.

And then he'll be ready to be in DDBA3.
