With winter hard on our tails, Adnarel's been gone more often than not. That isn't too much of a problem though, for me. I can always visit. On a slightly different (but closely related) note, I think I've finally started to get the hang of spring stuff. I have yet to receive my power vessel—Adnarel assures me that it will arrive to me soon, I can't help but worry. Adnarel and his apprentice Risthiel have been working on the angelic tags of earth angels, and I have to say that I am impressed with their quick work. I was happy to be one of the first, along with my best friend, that had their tags changed. We both received our dual citizenship and they were stripped of any charges put on them! I didn't mean for this post to be super big, just felt like it was time to update. Icariel is visiting and willing to write an update of his own tomorrow, but I'm not entirely sure he will. That's alright though, he has a lot on his plate. -Atheliel

CHARAKHIEL (angel of warmth and zeal): i work in the spring gardens of heaven, and i am currently majoring in earth studies. i am fairly short, with short brown hair and brown thrush-like wings.

RISTHIEL (angel of puzzles and determination): i work in the library and winter square of heaven, and am interested in law. i am small and thin, with short black hair and slim, pale grey wings.

Atheliel’s and my apprentices are visiting Earth to enrich their studies. So far mine has been doing far better, though it isn’t a competition.

I was just reading through your blog and I happened across the Atheliel post and????? That's me???? Like I'm not even joking around here that is me. I'm not sure if I'll remember you (my memory is very spotty), but I'm happy to have found a sibling! <3 In other news, does anyone remember sort of wisp-like angels? Angels that just existed as presences because they didn't like physical forms or as little colored wisps. I remember a lovely pink wisp, as well as a gold one. (1/?)

I think I was close with the gold wisp. I’m not really catching a name or anything - perhaps they were physical manifestations of an angel’s grace? Plus, halos. I love them. They were bright and golden and beautiful. <3 Sorry to bother with multiple asks! Thank you, siblings. <3

I am exhausted.

Basically, Gabriel came down and told me that I was required in Heaven and didn’t have a choice. I had to go whether I wanted to or not, so he delivered me to Heaven using his personal route and I thankfully got to Court on time.

Due to recent happenings and subsequent casualties, I am now the current Governing Angel of Spring.

Heaven itself has changed a bit. It’s darker, greyer, seems more worn out. Some of the homes on the outer edges were blackened as if there had been a fire, and though it seemed to have retained some bliss from the past, people were either on edge, tired, or stone-faced. The gardens were still warm and peaceful, as if nothing happened. My tigers were more than happy to see me, and I feel so blessed that they’re alright. I got to visit the library briefly to visit my children, they’re both doing very well. They’ll be coming down to visit soon and to celebrate the arrival of their new nieces.

Atheliel is required back in Heaven to attend Court—Gabriel has come to arrange the travel. A new Governing Angel is required and they fit the position well. I am curious to see who they choose to be Right Hand.

I feel like I haven’t been doing much but the boys have assured me I’m helping. All I’ve been doing is helping Litana with her studies, and making food for those who visit to bring news. Icari says it’s comforting, being greeted with warm food and open arms on such cold days, and Adna openly seconds him. I am just glad I can help the cause in the only way I know how.

Introduction

Hello, and welcome. This blog is meant to be a more mobile version of Honeyed Tongues, and meant to be more personal as well. We figured because life can be so horribly busy, that we would attempt to take this along with us. Allow us to answer some questions that may arise:

“Who are we? What do we look like?”

Adnarel—Governing Angel of Winter, Leader of the Third Regiment, Angel of Energy and Strategy. He/him. About 6'2", has short straight black hair and pale skin, with one pale blue eye and one pale grey. Wings are white and pale grey, slim, and aerodynamic.

Atheliel—Governing Angel of Spring, Charge of Gabriel, Angel of Growth and Healing. She/her. About 5'2", has shoulder length curly dark brown hair, and freckled skin, with dark brown eyes and dark brown white-flecked wings.

Etariel—Charge of Lucifer, Angel of Fire and Storms. She/her. Has long white hair and earthy brown skin, with freckles like pinpoints of light and pale gold eyes.

Icariel—Charge of Michael, Angel of Rain and Communication. He/him. Has curly shoulder length black hair and pale freckled skin, with pale blue eyes and large black wings.

“Who are Melektiel and Litanael?”

Melektiel and Litanael are the children of Adnarel and Atheliel. Melektiel works under Michael as a warrior and part time under Adnarel as a training Commander, while Litanael works in the libraries and on earth with her mother, growing plants and studying hard.

•

“Are you all fallen/incarnated/channeled etc?”

Adnarel resides in Heaven and is generally channeled (but stays down here with Atheliel as often as he can), Atheliel fell due to an attempt on their life (they retained their grace and are thus still angelic) and is incarnated, Etariel fell due to their affiliation with Lucifer and is incarnated, and Icariel resides in Heaven but is generally channeled (he does enjoy staying for some periods of time).

•

“Who are your prophets?”

Currently our only prophets are P and D. P is often here, writing or drawing, or studying botany. D is usually away, as he is training to become a leader.
