I've had a good month and promised myself steak on this trip. I found it at Butcher & Bee. Hanger steak w/ fermented scallion for marinade, cucumber noodles, cilantro mint, pickled Fresno peppers, fish sauce vinaigrette, sea salt, and lime segments.
