🟤Mars, Saturn or Pluto in the 1st house. 1st house tells us about the conscious way in which we interact with our environment, some data of our personality and how we project ourselves to others. When you have these three, or even just one of them, people can easily be intimidated by you, you can easily gain respect from others, and your up-front personality is something that stands out a lot in their eyes.

🟤Air Moons. Despite standing out socially for their witticisms, great sense of humor and high sense of friendship, the rational vision of emotions that these natives have can give a lot to talk about. People prefer to have a good time with you, without giving you problems or giving you reasons to hate them, because they know that if you do, it will not touch your heart when it comes to them. You will become cold, distant and very critical of them. That ability you have to demarcate yourself in a certain way with your emotions makes your coldness one of the sharpest that someone can experience.

🟤Fire Mercury. What happens with these natives is that they say what they think and the others know it. These natives will not be afraid to call you out publicly if they feel like doing it. Naturally they are not bad people, and in fact they can be very loved, but if you hurt them deeply, they can hurt you with things that only you trusted them, with things that you may feel ashamed to tell someone. Being very introspective and analytical people with the emotions of others, they know perfectly well what can trigger you and they can use it in such a subtle way that you would not even notice.

🟤Stellium in the 8th house and/or the 10th house. These people naturally exude a lot of boss-like vibes, they seem to be serious, sarcastic and know exactly what they want to deal with and not. With a mysterious personality and a past that rarely anyone gets to fully know, these natives can be surprisingly charismatic and this characteristic makes them influential in their circles, or at least respected. These people can give you the impression, even if they don't want to, of being superior to everyone. 🟤Ruler of the MC in the 8th house/in the 10th house. Let's remember that the Ruler of the MC tells us mainly about the impressions we give and our reputation. When the Ruler is in the 8th house por 10th house it gives the impression that the native is always up to something, that he is calm, observant and calculating. In case they can give an intimidating image due to the resting bitch face or that judging look that they seem to have, this is multiplied when you are on their blacklist, where they can be relentless and make your life impossible if they want it that way. 🟤Saturn, Pluto, Mars or Sun in the 8th house. This is rather an observation of my own, and it is that the sign or planets in the 8th house can define how you are or how you behave with people you don't like. It is the perception that your enemies or people with whom there is a mutual dislike, have of you. When any of these are present, it causes them to see you as someone unbreakable, someone strong who will not rest until they hurt back if they were hurt. These natives give the impression of being very spiteful and not able to forget easily, in addition to always having a mysterious aura.

🟤Mars/Saturn/Pluto aspecting MC [especially hard aspects]. The first impressions are always impregnated with a person, either to think "I was wrong" or "I knew it". These natives seem to have total control not only of themselves, but also have the ability to dominate anything and anyone. They give off emperor vibes, a person who will get up no matter how many times you knock him down, whose ego will rebuild no matter how many times you try to destroy him. It will be reborn and will go after you to make you feel what you made them feel as many times as their last breaths allow.

Cycle Breaker Placements

Placements I see in charts that indicate someone is here to work through generational trauma and promote healing. These placements can be really tough, but offer a really unique perspective of the world.

They can also reap the most benefits once they work through their lessons.

Biggest indicators are 4th house, 8th house, 12th house, Scorpio, Capricorn, and Aries placements. Also big emphasis on harsh aspects related to Pluto/Mars/Moon/Saturn/Sun. But these are one that stick out to me the most.

✨Pluto in the 12th House. This placement indicates a lot of childhood trauma. When I see someone with this placement, I know they've been through it. I have instant respect for them. Most individuals with this placement don't realize their own inner power. It's hidden in their subconscious underneath years of memories where they were told that they were powerless. They are SO powerful and they don't even realize it. Especially if their Pluto is in Scorpio, but this applies to all 12th House Plutos. Once they recognize their own power, they're literally unstoppable.

✨Chiron in Gemini/3rd House. These individuals have a fear of being seen. They struggle to use their voice and speak their truth. Their path is usually the road less traveled, and it can feel isolating at times. They might have felt like their opinions never mattered in childhood and struggle with a need to be understood. Once they use their voice, they can affect powerful change to those around them.

✨Lilith in Cancer/Lilith 4th House. This placement indicates that the person will be working through generational trauma related to the mother or the maternal side of the family. Emotional needs are likely not met in childhood, which causes the person to have trouble accepting/asking help from others. But they also can't completely help themselves. Nurturing their emotions helps them unlock all the power of Lilith.

✨Saturn Conjunct Moon. Saturn and the Moon have opposing energies. The Moon is nurturing. Saturn is the disciplinarian. Often times, it can also be interpreted to represent the Mother (Moon) and the Father (Saturn). The paternal figure might've been absent or ill. The maternal figure could've been stressed and emotionally reactive. Someone with this aspect basically has to become their own parent. They're forced to learn emotional regulation, self-respect, and self-love. It teaches them that they have value and they likely break a lot of toxic cycles during self-growth.

✨Mars in a fire sign + in the 4th House. Inheriting a parent's reactive nature is likely with this placement. At least this is what I've noticed when I've interpreted charts. Fire signs are quick to act and they are sometimes viewed as impulsive. With a fire Mars in the 4th House, they'll be forced to confront their explosive anger. If not, they can repeat toxic generational cycles. Their parents were likely aggressive and threatened their safety in the home. This is a REALLY tough placement.

✨Chiron in the 5th House. Inner child wounds are prevalent here. The individual's self-expression is limited or repressed, likely due wounds from a parent or caretaker in childhood. They hide the important parts of themselves and have a really hard time being vulnerable with anyone, including themselves. Embracing creativity and accepting themselves is how they heal. In the process, they break negative generational cycles.

✨Capricorn Moon. These individuals had a lot of expectations placed on them in childhood. They might have been forced to step up in their childhood and could've been more of a parent than their actual parents, raising themselves and/or siblings. They're seen as the responsible ones, and might have faded into the background, causing their needs to go unmet. Their caretakers could've put work before play, causing these individuals to adopt the same approach. They must learn how to be vulnerable and experience joy with others.

✨Venus in Scorpio (Bonus points if it's in retrograde). Trauma related to a person's sense of self-worth is common. They might have low self-esteem or struggle to navigate relationships. There's a possibility that your caretakers relationship was volatile, leaving them to be afraid of intimacy (i.e. Divorce). There could be possessiveness or jealousy in romantic relationships as well. Even obsessiveness. Finding a way to balance these energies and re-shape how they define relationships helps. They also undergo the most transformation in romantic relationships.

✨Moon Square Mercury. Emotions were not safe to express in childhood. They might have problems making decisions, constantly warring between their mind and their heart. They could lean onto old belief systems or coping skills, even when they know it doesn't work. After a while, they'll be forced to change their approach on how they deal with their emotions. Thus, breaking toxic cycles learned in childhood.

✨Saturn in the 12th House. Wounds here could be attributed to past life trauma, but it's usually agitated in childhood. These individuals are really hard on themselves and believe they don't deserve anything good in life. There's potential for memory suppression and a tendency to disassociate. Absent paternal figures are common with this placement. When they prioritize their mental health and work towards healing, they break generational curses.

✨Aquarius Placements. These individuals are often tasked with pursuing their own path and deviating from the "norm." Therefore, they struggle with trauma in childhood. They might have been bullied for their unique interests. They could be the family outcast. Whatever it is, they take their own path. They might break familial expectations that had been adhered to for generations. Therefore, breaking the cycle.

✨Pluto in Scorpio. Generationally, this is the one. Being mostly raised by boomer parents, they pulled the rug out from underneath their parents, calling out toxicity. They likely trigger their parents without even trying. They hold up a mirror, highlighting what their parents could've been if they had broken the cycle.

✨Sagittarius Mercury. They can't help it. They word vomit their observations. A lot of the times, it could be done with innocent intention. However, being catalysts for chaos, they open boxes that their families have tried desperately to keep shut. They are brutally honest and care fiercely about discovering the truth. Sometimes, they intentionally cause chaos for change. Letting little bits of information or truth slip, they can have their family in uproar and questioning their entire existence. They're the voice of truth. And their family can't escape it. And they might hate them for it. But they just can't help it. It comes out of their mouth before they have the chance to think about it. (12th House Sag Mercury individuals might have a different presentation/experience of this placement).

✨Pisces Moon/Rising. These individuals can have challenging relationships with their mothers or maternal figures. They typically lack boundaries and experience pretty intense people pleasing behaviors. They're also very different from the rest of their family, usually. They'll be put in situations by the universe to craft their own identity and stand up for themselves. They can be the first to educate themselves on boundaries and actually implement them.

✨8th House Suns. They are often used by the universe for change and upheaval. 8th House Suns don't always have to do something for this to happen. Their very existence can be triggering to others. This is because they are usually showcasing their best qualities by simply being themselves. This causes others to feel insecure, because they begin to recognize the qualities they lack inside of themselves. So, 8th House Suns end up becoming the family scapegoat. If you're an 8th house Sun, just remember that it isn't you. It's someone projecting their own problems onto you. There's power there if you know how to use it.

✨Neptune/Uranus in the 1st House. These individuals often have an air of mystery surrounding them. No one can really figure them out. So they end up having others project their assumptions about their character onto them. This is another placement where their very existence is troubling to others. Because they become a sounding board for others' insecurities.

Your body keeps score — healing your nervous system

Your body keeps score in a biological way. Every emotion you’ve ever felt has sent signals through your nervous system. In other words, all of your unaddressed emotions stay stored in your body. Whether you realized it or not, your heart rate changed. Your breathing shifted. Hormones surged. Muscles tensed. And if those experiences weren’t fully processed, your body adapted around them. This means you’re living in a constant low level state of fight, flight, or freeze without even realizing it. You will notice little things like tension in your shoulders, stomach issues, constantly anxious or being on edge, even changes with your hair, to give some examples

The problem is that your nervous system’s stress response is meant to be temporary so when it stays switched on for weeks, months, years, your body pays the price. Living in constant survival mode keeps you flooded with cortisol and adrenaline, raises inflammation, disrupts hormones & it weakens your immune system, which cause bigger problems with our health. This state of dysregulation has been medically linked to high blood pressure, heart disease, autoimmune conditions, digestive disorders like IBS, and even vulnerability to infections. It can also trigger anxiety, depression etc

To heal your nervous system you have to teach your body that it is safe. That looks like daily practices that signal safety to the body. In simple words, it’s calming practices which will teach your body a new baseline. One where you’re calm enough to respond instead of constantly reacting. I know this might sound silly and almost too simple for a problem that has such a big effect on your life. But that’s the whole point. Your nervous system doesn’t respond to complicated hacks or big changes. It responds to repetition, safety and tells your body that you are okay now

Some practices you can start to incorporate

1. Start your morning slow by taking deep breaths. Literally just 2–3 minutes before you grab your phones :) Put one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 2, exhale slowly for 6. Repeat until your breath feels steady. I like meditating in the morning too, but that’s just me

2. Grounding makes such a big difference. I know it might sound insane and you won’t notice immediately but you will see the difference after a couple of weeks. Especially when you were stressed or anxious right before. Go outside and put your bare feet on grass for 5-10 minutes

3. Stretch! I’ve written about it here but I highly recommend stretching in the morning or before bed. Stress hides in your body and releasing the tension is a good idea. I personally stretch before bed every night. Since I’m sharing, I also put my feet up on the wall every night while doing my red light mask

4.Smell lavender, eucalyptus, drink chamomile tea at end of day, or listen to hz frequency music. When you activate your senses it pulls your body into the present moment. Frankincense for example can help lower stress hormones and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. You can diffuse them, rub a drop on your wrists, or inhale directly for an instant calm cue to your body

5. Journal!!!!! Write down three things that felt good every day, no matter how small. Gratitude signals safety to your nervous system and helps shift your baseline from stress to calm. The other day I was a little stressed and I caught myself and changed my thoughts to gratitude and I felt the tension leave my body

6. This one really ties into 1 but checking your phone first thing floods your brain with dopamine spikes before you’ve even fully woken up. This pushes your nervous system into “alert mode” instantly. I wait 30 minutes, but you can do at least 15. Combine this with daily stress, our natural morning cortisol boost, rushing, caffeine — not a great combination

7. Walks in nature are one of the quickest ways to calm a dysregulated nervous system. Just 20 minutes outside can lower cortisol, steady your heart rate and blood pressure and activate your parasympathetic rest and digest mode

8. Drink a glass of water before caffeine in the morning. I’m going to actually use this as an example so you guys can understand how these little things have a big impact on your body and why

When you wake up, your cortisol rises sharply within the first 30–45 minutes. This isn’t bad cortisol, it’s your body’s natural function to boost your energy, regulate your blood sugar and wakes up your metabolism and helps with mental clarity

The problem comes when your nervous system is dysregulated or under constant stress , your baseline cortisol could already be elevated or spiking too high. Adding coffee to that right away, especially on an empty stomach, can push levels into overdrive, leading to jitters, anxiety, or an energy crash later. It also increases stomach acid, which can cause irritation, while delaying caffeine and starting with hydration activates your “rest and digest” mode. Similarly, reaching for your phone the moment you wake up floods your brain with alerts, news and stress chemistry, but giving yourself a screen free window helps you set a grounded tone for the day. Even your blood sugar feels the difference

Caffeine without food not only causes sharp spikes and crashes that mimic anxiety but also disrupts your metabolism and affects your focus/ clarity. Without fuel, your body relies on stress hormones to keep blood sugar up, which slows your metabolism. This stress response also pulls resources away from the brain, which means brain fog, poor focus, and that wired but tired feeling. In contrast, starting your day with water and protein gives your body steady fuel, helps your metabolism, stabilizes your blood sugar which helps with clear thinking & sustaining focus

These are small little lifestyle changes. You don’t have to do them all, you can start with a few and you will start noticing the difference, I promise. Don’t overlook it just because they are too simple. They aren’t overly complicated habits but they will make you feel better and when you feel better your whole world and your outlook becomes better :)

1. Overstimulating color choices. You’re drawn to loud colors, in your clothes, home decor and even online. It reflects that there’s internal chaos seeking external stimulation or distraction

2. You feel comfortable in clutter & you don’t notice how crowded and messy the space is, you probably prefer it that way because it just feels safe. A regulated system wants clarity and minimalism

3. You always need music, YouTube, or a TV playing in the background

4. Skipping meals, emotional eating, or reaching for sugar/caffeine for energy boosts instead of responding to real hunger cues

5. No morning or night routine, you just roll out of bed and straight into chaos and crash out at night

6. You say yes to everything, always feel rushed or behind

okay but…that is actually what went down on earth about 2.5 billion years ago.

Earth was doing just fine with a mostly nitrogen/carbon dioxide atmosphere and everyone was happy to go on living in anaerobic bliss and then cyanobacteria suddenly hit the scene, altered the atmosphere composition so that there was a ton of oxygen gas and killed practically everything (97% or more of all species on earth).

Ever notice how some people can’t admit when they’re ashamed or insecure?

Instead of sitting with it, they twist the story in their head and to others to avoid feeling small. They leave out the parts where they messed up and paint themselves as the victim or the hero

It’s not always intentional, it’s a defense mechanism. Admitting that they felt rejected or acted out of jealousy is uncomfortable, so the ego rewrites the narrative to protect itself

But the less capable you are of being vulnerable, the more delusional you become about what really happened. If you can’t face your shame or insecurity, you’ll keep living in a story where nothing is your fault, but nothing ever changes

Vulnerability is what keeps you in reality. Without it, you stay stuck chasing validation instead of growth
