Just to clear the air

I know- no one cares. I'm doing this more for me. This is my final post on this blog. It died a LONG time ago anyways. I just want to say that I don't agree with everything I've said on this blog earlier. I mean, when the first game came out, people would say having a city would be really weird, but look at City Folk. So all I'm saying is that who knows what's in the next game. It could literally be anything, and Nintendo will do an excellent job like they always do. Also, it's a fucking game. I shouldn't even care that much. And I don't. At least not anymore. So bye everyone. Thanks all 200+ of you guys for caring when I did.

What if Rover sat down next to you and, after asking for your name and gender, said:

"I don’t see a lot of humans around here, just folks like me with fur or feathers! But I must say, your skin is very lovely!"

And then a slider pops up that looks like this:

The lines on the scale would help to get an accurate skin tone instead of accidentally making it too dark or too light.

Then he asks you questions to determine your facial features and town information!

SOOooo. I don’t think I made myself very clear last time. But how to fix skin color issue.

1) Fill out TPC on train/mode of transportation with Rover. I mean, treat it like a passport, whatever. Not too difficult.

2) see my crappy Doodle Buddy drawing? Yeah. So the first thing to fill out is this. What is it you may ask? Obviously a non awkward sort-of-fits-in-with-the-game solution to our very prevalent skin color issue! Just tap the figure and a slider appears. Find your preferred skin color and the figure chances to that color!

3) finish filling out the TPC. Birthday, blood type, DNA coding, whatever.

4) Step off the train and voila! You are selected skin color! Easy peasy.

This is an interesting idea. What if after you’ve gone through the dialogue of choosing your face, Rover notes that you dropped your TPC, and picks it up for you. Then, when he looks at it he realizes the photo is gone! (Either it was scratched off from sliding around on the floor, or the villager never took one, etc.) So Rover offers to use a camera and take a photo to fix it. Rover takes the photo and says that the lighting is off in the photo, and allows you to edit the coloration of the photo so it looks right. In doing this, you will have a slider that changes the skin color of your player in the photo. After you’ve chosen your desired skin, Rover will (magically) hand you the photo or something, and tell you to give that to someone so they can put that picture on your TPC. It seems a bit long, but I think that would be an interesting dialogue option without having it seem like the white skin tone is the natural skin tone for your villager.

I like that idea, I really do, I just have one problem with it.

I'm just imaging me as a very pasty 7 year old accidentally making myself black as night due to misunderstanding.

I think the instructions would have to be super clear like "warning this chooses ur skin color ur gonna be stuck with" or else I don't know if little kids will understand what is happening from changing the lighting on the picture.

But really, I think that's a super fun way to expand on my idea, thanks!

You could do it over a period of days, not having to reset, it would be part of the experience, travel to different towns, able to stay 1-2 days to check it out, even being able to fish/get bugs, sell them (not full price) and stay in a caravan? (customizable)If you dont like it you can move on. During these experiences you wouldn’t be able to access all normal features but some to be able to get a feel it. You could have the option to 'travel back' within 3-5 towns to one you may have wanted.

I'm on mobile so I can't stitch all these asks together but basically the idea was to have a random terrain vacation spot that changes based on the season, and to get to camp out in a town before actually picking to move in to permanently.Thoughts: not sure about the vacation thing. Maybe. If it's done right. Ice skating would be fun tho.The camping idea is cool but if were gonna be accidental mayors again not sure how it would work.Nice ideas though!

OKAY so on home console versions of AC ppl usually have them and their siblings/parents right? I want split screen. Like 2 files at once. Kinda like multiplayer now but because it's the same town's characters it'd just be like playing normally but u can just play more than one at once! Not that complicated. Siblings fighting over who plays = no more

MY SOLUTION TO THE SKIN COLOR PROBLEM

for the next game, what if you filled out the TPC (I think that's what it's called? Like the ID card) while on the train with rover? So ya know how there's no picture at first? I'm pretty sure it's just a blank outline of a person. What if while filling it out you click on the blank outline and pick the skin color there? And then when u get off the train that's ur skin color! BAM Idk just an idea

I think it would be really cool if you could interact with the other human characters in your town. Like, whichever files you aren't currently playing, they'll be walking around and doing stuff. Maybe you could even choose a personality for each of them when you're talking to Rover. My animals are always asking me what I think of my other characters, and I'm like "tbh I've never even seen them lol"

WHAT THE NEXT ANIMAL CROSSING GAME NEEDS.

Villager count, dialogue, events, basket/soccer/beach balls, acre system (and going into animals homes when they're in that acre), lost and found with both officers, cheap and movable custom signboard item from GameCube. Events, pictures, constellations, portability, the Roost, wifi from Wild World Sketchy Redd's shop, basic idea of a city, marquee, Reset Center, signs where villagers move in/out from City Folk House size, PWPs, plaza, island, design capabilities (i.e. dresses), villager species, main street, perfect town status requirements, new personalities, ordinances from New Leaf Better memory/wifi capabilities, graphics from Wii U Optional grass deterioration, retired villagers, gender-crossing personalities, and better hairstyles just in general. Now can we stop repeating ourselves over and over? Thank you.

Sorry if anyon has said this before, but I desperately want a form of iPod as a tool that has any music on it that you have in your player at home, and if you turn it on it will replace the default theme with the music you choose. I could listen to KK Bossa for years.

No ones sent it directly to me, but I've seen that idea floating around tumblr.That would be the coolest thing ever. I love that idea. It should happen. Someone go tell nintendo right now.
