after Yhwach, Who took the place of the soul king at the end?
based on: heartkiller23.deviantart.com/a… I wanted to convey how disappointed I am with the ending of bleach, I mean am not against Ichihime but come on! if it was bound to happen please at least make it seem more than one sided love... this will stay as my TOP PAIRING as I can still feel the chemistry between them <3 details are lacking as I am rusty, I have been away from my computer since a month ago due to some travels.. I think I failed with the drawing, I should have colored that one instead but my pride got in the way xD any way enjoy the possessiveness

In my constant hunt for clues about Aizen’s past (and looking for quotes for @aizensamasuggestions‘s suggestions), I’ve been re-reading the Arrancar arc. When Gin and Aizen leave Fake Karakura Town for the Soul Society, they come out of the dangai here: http://www.mangapanda.com/bleach/407/16
Doesn’t Aizen look like he’s contemplating that ruined farm?
His expression is… well, Aizen is actually hard to read, but he’s clearly stopped to stare at that shack thoughtfully. The physical placement of him in comparison to Gin in the bottom right panel is particularly striking.
Plus, you know how Aizen guessed that the ryoka were sent by Urahara because they came from a particular district when they came out of the dangai that Urahara made? Is it possible that dangai you make tend to lead you to the same place, a place of origin?
Could this be Aizen’s… home? He was just saying to Gin as they walked inside the dangai (before destroying the kototsu) “Now isn’t this nostalgic?”
I’m thinking we’re looking at Aizen’s home here.
Thoughts?
As much as I would LOVE for this to be something to do with Aizen’s past, I re-read the chapter before, and it was Gin who opened the senkaimon. So I’m thinking this was probably where Gin and Matsumoto used to live. Aizen probably gave that look, because he recognized it, and realized that Gin’s betrayal would probably happen soon.
(Good eye, though. I never noticed this before now)
I went back and checked, too. You’re right. It is Gin who opened the gate. So, if this is anyone’s “home port,” it’s probably Gin’s.
Aizen is all over Gin earlier, too. Pretty much any time Gin has his hand on Shinso, Aizen is “What are you doing, Gin?” so Aizen must mentally preparing for the betrayal he claims he knew was coming (and I actually believe he probably did, especially given how often he’s all, “What are you up to??” with Gin in these final chapters.)
I wish we knew where Aizen was from. We know what he wants: to be the Soul King and for “a better world.” But we don’t know why. We don’t know when or how Aizen saw the Soul King and determined him to be the “Empty Throne.”
The only other clue we have is that Aizen doesn’t know that people in Rukongai celebrate birthdays. He’s surprised that Hitsugaya celebrates one and asks him about it.
Honestly, Aizen seems to know shit about things in the Soul Society. He doesn’t know about Zero Squad (he’s really shocked to discover that captains can be promoted to the Royal Realm. He says he assumed they became members of Central 46.) So, if he was born inside the walls of the Seireitei, how did he miss this stuff? He’s also all over the archives of Central as soon as he gets inside. He’s searching for Soul King stuff, but again… it’s amazing all the ways to get to the Soul Realm we’re discovering now that have nothing to do with the oken.
I really hope that if Bleach is ending soon and there is a spin-off, we get more answers to this stuff.
Otherwise I’m going to have to make it up.
I would kill for Aizen’s backstory. Because you’re right, he doesn’t really fit in anywhere - it makes me wonder if maybe there’s more beyond what we know of soul society and he comes from somewhere else. Or that maybe that he was born in the seireitei but kept in literal isolation for some reason? Maybe his insanely strong reiatsu was hurting people (like how Hitsugaya’s was freezing his grandmother without him realizing it) and he had to be locked up until he could control it? I REALLY WANT TO KNOW!
But with so few chapters left, I have a feeling Kubo’s gonna leave it up in the air :(
I thought it was hinamori and captain hitsugaya toushiro childhood place to be... or the like, I remember he lived (toushiro) with his granny... and hinamori often went there to eat watermelon besides she was dumb struck in love with aizen... maybe he thought of her?

I, don't know what to do ) *blush* "out of scene" *End of Flashback* Ori: Come Ulquiorra, I reject your death... *comes out of one of her hairpins* =oki ywach has lost his battle, Ichigo and co have won but suddenly soul's king power's posses Inoue, as rejection is the other side or creation but are the two faces from the same coin= Aizen: all has gone according to my plan...
I don't know if I make sense anymore xD I was planning to have the real hogyoku inside her but I was confused with Aizen transformation as to what he would used to do that or was that his bankai? xD lol well if you still don't get it I made Ulquiorra put his blood and reiatsu inside Inoue so she could use him as a weapon :P let say that after training with chad she managed to condense his reiatsu and bring him back as one of her shun shun rikka.. that's why the long hair :J
