Video explaining in a easy vocabulary and graphics what refuges are and what refugee children need.
What they need:
Save homes, where they can live with their family. A place to learn, like school A place to play.
Good food and water to grow, and a dokter for when they are sick.
Like all children, they want to life in peace and follow their dreams.
2018 BBC NEWS Moria at Lesbos, described as the worst refugee camp of the world.
Fights starting from the end of the afternoon. Food waiting lines for more then 3 hours, some don't even get the acces to water.
7000 people in although it has capacities for 2000. Extremely over populated. 72 people per 1 toilet
People life in tents on the side of the camp. They are aviate of their safety. It feels like people don’t care about them. Borders keep closed. 10 year of child who attend suicide. Sexual harassment and raping happens her.

New chapter
New school year, new assignment and new research. I like to gat back to my tumble to store all my process without using a google doc or anything like that.
This assignment is for the class of Eibert about Children in Refuge camps. There are many children stuck in refugee camps for years. Waiting for a saver space to go. For now I have no idea how these camps will look like so Im starting to research what the facilities would be and how a day of a refugee would look like. I started my research on watching videos on youtube.

Logo looks and color exploration.
Prototyping the speaker.
Shaped the case and changed the speaker in the technology with a smaller speaker to make it fit the more elegant shaped case!

The final shape for the speaker. There is just a engraving missing but Im not able to manage to draw it in the way how I did it with the others shapes. So I will try again tomorrow morning before I will start printing.

Struggling a lot with what kind of shape I want to give to the speaker. Specially because I want to make it elegant, in style with the other shape and the technology needs to fit in.....

It is smaller and it has a engraving to in decade the direction of placement.
The shape for the audience experience product. With a small hole that will be big enough for a on/off button.
The elements for the analog tech.
The battery case had a on af off button so thats nice to use. The ball switch will be in a angle to make it work on the right moment.
Im positif about this lowtech prototype!
Making the analog tech. First finding out how sensitive the ball switch is.
It reacts quite fast, bij 90 degrees it’s already on. So I have to place it in a bit of a angle in the prototype!

This silly tell sell advertisement is a inspiration for the video that I could play during the presentation for the product that will improve the body position.

Made the first 3D print. Its quick and dirty but it was just meant to see the shapes and to be able to compare them. And to see how it was size wise.
The props size would be smaller but for the one that people can experience during the exposition will be bigger.
I decided to use the shape with the bigger flat triangle in the middle!
