“I WON’T.” Merida firmly reassured, grinning back at the younger red head. The unruly redhead then beamed, chuckling a bit as she proudly stared at her friend. “If people can’t like ye for being yerself, than what is the point, right?” Merida confidently stated, knowing that she would never like herself if she wasn’t being true to herself, so why would she ever bother to have someone like her if she wasn’t acting real? “Right. It’s some sort of physiological based thing, I’m sure. I may not be explaining it right, but it’s along the lines of that at the very least.” She admitted, while crossing her arms. Eh, this is not something they need to focus too deeply into anyways. She said what she said, and Anna seems to understand the gist of it, so that’s all that matters really. When Anna nudged her, all Merida did was continue on smirking at the other redhead. “I’ll make sure ye won’t go home in tears or with a wound. Is that easy enough for ye?” She stated with a chuckle. “I know, Anna. I know. It’s dreadfully sad how much I know about this, yet it’s probably a good thing that yer first thought isn’t how big he was. Now THAT, I would near ear plugs for. Kissing is one thing, but mentioning anything sex related to me? Just try not to go into details, okay?” It wasn’t as if Merida was some sort of prude or anything like that. In fact, she has had sex before, but just because she has experienced it, doesn’t mean that she wants to be hearing about it. She get’s enough of that with being Toulouse’s friend. “I know. But I’m also not about to admit to it, at least not to his face.” Seeing the slight worry on her friends face, Merida smiled. “I wasn’t actually offended, Ann. Ye know that, right?” She informed, this time being the one to nudge her friend. “I don’t know? Ask him out? Let him know that ye want to kiss him again? Maybe talk to him to see where he wants things to go now that he had kissed ye and if ye feel the same, ye both can move on from THERE?” She listed.
“right!” anna agreed heartily, “that’s the whole point of liking someone... to like them.” she giggled, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world- which it should probably be. anna nodded, not really wanting to dig any deeper on the subject. it felt confusing enough, and she much preferred to stick to her fairy tales and dreams of true love anyways. “merida!” the redhead squealed, a blush rising on her cheeks as her friend so bluntly said such a thing! “of course, that’s not what i was thinking of. kissing is important, but that... not so much.” anna lowered her voice to a near whisper, as if it was a big secret. “size doesn’t matter, everyone knows that!” the blush on her cheeks raged on, as she was so easily embarrassed talking about such a subject. “i can promise you, i won’t be talking about that kinda stuff with you, or anyone? i mean, who knows, you know i can’t keep my mouth shut! nothing’s really happened yet anyways, so i have nothing to tell you.” she assured her friend, although in doing so, it seemed she told her more. anna had a way of doing that. she gave her friend a knowing look, “of course, i knew that, merida. it’s kinda hard to offend you from what i’ve noticed. but even if you weren’t offended, it doesn’t mean that you didn’t feel a little unappreciated. so, just so you know, i’d choose you over andy any day.” she paused, always truthful, “well, most days.” anna finished with a giggle. merida’s words made it seem so easy, so obvious. “oh, should i? gosh, how do you even tell someone that? like, what, i just walk up and say ‘ oh, kristoff, our kiss was so magical! please kiss me again and again and again and again... thanks? ‘” anna practically doubled over as she laughed at herself, the idea of saying anything remotely like that so foreign and strange to her.
