Hello.
I dreamt of Jonghyun today. everytime he appeared in my dreams, he's always so happy and smiley. But the me inside my dream remembered that day. and in my dream I hugged him tightly and I could feel this... pain. And I wished that this would be my chance to save him, that apparently time turned back and I could save him this time.
And it always felt so real. Idk why.

I'm back for a while. Just wanna say that I still love SHINee with all my heart. Always have been and forever will it be. Lee Jinki, Kim Jonghyun, Kim Kibum, Choi Minho and Lee Taemin are all amazing and strong human beings. The 5 in billions. I'm glad I've found them and decided to stan them relentlessly for over 9 years. and I shall support them until whenever.

below is a write up for jonghyun written by a reporter who once interviewed shinee for aera magazine. above is a never-before-seen b-side of shinee from “said” photoshoot. – quiet and serious. that was the impression left by the late jonghyun on the aera reporter who previously covered them. he was a kind artist who was always concerned about his members. and yet why? the date of the magazine coverage was on february 1, 2016. the five members of shinee: onew, jonghyun, taemin, minho, and key went to the basement studio of asahi shimbum company for a photoshoot for the magazine cover. during the photoshoot, someone started singing then someone started slightly dancing. it was a happy atmosphere. even though they had a concert until the day before in fukuoka thye did not show any signs of tiredness. during the interview with the five of them together, they got excited while talking about the foods they ate in japan and were uncontrollable. key said, “we ate motsunabe yesterday,” while onew said, “lemon milk is also good.” they got more excited talking about momiji manju and minho said, “hitsumabushi, that’s the best.” “shimahokke is also delicious. also, shirasudon. that was tasty,”, taemin said, showing off his refined choice. at that point, jonghyun chimed in, “i think i’m bad at this. i think tonkatsu is the best!” surrounded by onew, who made everyone laugh, key who spoke in flowing japanese, taemin who is friendly, and minho who is bright, jonghyun felt like a quiet guy so watching him playing around with the members, even (the reporter) lost nervousness. when (the reporter) asked a question and jonghyun answered it seriously, it felt a little more tense than usual. he was particularly passionate when talking about music. even though all the members were thankful for the success of their dome tour, personally, the size of the venue was not really their purpose, they said. they do not like fussing about age / years or numbers and rather cherish their sensitivity and ways of thinking. they like challenging various things in concerts, for example, during that time they were recording for their album, d×d×d, and they were discussing how “wishful thinking” and “boys will be boys” had unique rhythms, and were thinking about how to express the songs using their own voice and rhythm. when asked, “your album, d×d×d, has a lot of shinee-like ballads and other songs of different genres, so whoever listens to it would maybe like at least one song, right?” jonghyun commented, “maybe … you say!”, making the members laugh. a friend who is a shinee fan said, ”one of the things their fans are proud of is that the shinee members have a good relationship with each other“, and emphasized their closeness. now that one member is gone the magnitude of that loss must be immeasurable. I feel like words alone can’t describe how inspiring of a person Jinki is, how genuinely beautiful and strong his soul is. Of course shawols have always said “Jinki is the best leader!” but really… I have never seen a leader like him. From the beginning, everything he’s done has been for SHINee, the members, and the fans. He took the role of leader like no one I’ve seen before. He never just called himself the leader because he was the oldest, or because his company told him to. He truly became a leader, in every sense of the word. He has been there as a pillar of strength for his members, even if he is in pain, even if he’s the one that needs some comforting. He always put everyone else before himself, even until now. Jinki, know that you are loved, too. We love you more than you know. You’re doing so well. Please make sure you let yourself rest, too.
To me you are still that young kid from “Replay” with the sweetest smile and a beautiful voice. You worked hard, Jonghyun, and you did really good. Thank you for everything.
In light of recent events, and the incredible strength of our leader, I’d like to say something.
I don’t care about comebacks anymore. I don’t care if they release more music, I don’t care of they give me updates on anything, I don’t even care if they decide that fame is too much for them and quit the business. I don’t care about any of that anymore. And for everyone else, I still don’t care. I don’t care about anything but happiness. Nothing is more important. Not pride, not success, not even love. To my beautiful, incredible, invincible shinee boys; All I ask is that you do everything you can to be happy. To everyone else, whether we’ve spoken, or you follow me, or you just scroll past this on your way through the shinee tag; Be happy. Sadness kills. Anger kills. Success doesn’t matter. Be happy. Try. Spend every second of every day of your life trying, trying for you, for everyone else. Nothing else matters. Please. Please, just try to be happy.

you know how we usually stayed up and waited patiently for a comeback release... never have I thought that I'd do the same thing, but for a shinee member's burial.
Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.
