ansong is a large town with lots to do, and we want to make sure the residents know about what's going on! each month we will have community bulletin post that keeps all our tenants informed of happenings around ansong! these events can be used in ic threads through the entire month and can be the backdrop for plotting and ic interactions!

with so many different businesses and locations, we know it can be hard to see what might be going on. we will be sharing new businesses, locations & job openings that can be used ic in threads and interactions!
if you'd like your character to own a business in town, suggest a new location, or have any job openings that you'd like filled, please fill out the appropriate form here and send it via the ansonghub submit box!

every moment matters in ansong, and we want to keep you up to date with what's up & coming and important to know! we will be sharing and highlighting important ic dates such as season changes, big weather updates, and other important events and dates as they come!

every so often we will host ask meme weekends! with these players can send each other questions and even stater memes that muses can answer in character! all these will be held and provided by the admin team, and any specific instructions regarding each will be announced via post!

what is a town without its community? we will be sharing things made by you all on occasion that has to deal with different events and happenings in ansong! these can be related to monthly ic events, such as specific ones relating to the community bulletin, or group-wide events like the ones held on main. specific hashtags are to be used for group-wide events but any made from the community bulletin should be tagged under #ansongcommunity!

he's sure this belongs to his father, a little dusty and unused for years at least, where he guesses it was tossed in favor of other, cooler things. he shakily pops in the cd and closes the discman, hearing some sort of shouting in the background as he sits in the corner of his bedroom. he's not sure why he's anxious, but he fumbles, dropping the headphones at least twice before shoving them over his ears. he presses play on the player and the cd spins and spins and then suddenly the music filters in. he doesn't know what the song is, but it drowns out everything else and he's transported into the song. he feels the tightness of his chest dissipate and he finally relaxes again. music helped. music was safe.

december 9-15: ansong holiday market @ downtown ansong
the holiday season is fast approaching, which means the annual holiday market will soon be in full swing! we anticipate that this year is just as fun as the last! ready for some festivities, residents? (more details soon to be announced on the main!)
december 12: gingerbread house decoration @ jeoseung apartments rec room
in honor of national gingerbread house day, the complex will be hosting a mini-gathering where tenants can come and decorate their own gingerbread house to take home with them! holiday themed drinks and snacks will be served in spirit of the event! it begins at 7pm and ends around 10pm!
december 13: hot chocolate truck @ jeoseung apartments
need a little pick me up when the weather outside is just frightful? the apartment complex will host a hot chocolate truck for tenants to stop by and visit to pick up their own large cup (or two!) of hot cocoa, free of charge! the truck will be in front of the complex between 8am and 12pm!
december 20: holiday pottery classes @ glaazed
want to give the perfect little gift to a loved one in the spirit of the winter season? glaazed will be holding small pottery classes for interested residents! pre-crafted ceramics in the shape of mugs, gingerbread men, trees, bells and more will be available to paint and glaze, supervised by the wonderful instructors at the studio! the deadline for class sign-ups is december 15th.
december 21: holiday movies @ encore cinema
what is the winter holiday season without cheesy, holiday films? all day for only $1 residents can enjoy an array of holiday films at encore. from holiday classics to newer releases and even the more unknown and obscure, come down to enjoy your favorite holiday movies in spirit of the upcoming holiday season!
december 24: holiday stories @ ansong public library
what better way to get into the seasonal spirit then some good winter stories? until 6pm the ansong public library will be holding a read-a-long offered on different short winter stories and poems written both by well known authors and by local residents with a literary passion! come on down and get into the spirit with us at your public library!
december 28: winter wonderland party @ illusion nightclub
feeling frisky this winter season? stop by illusion for their winter wonderland party! dress up in your best sexy seasonal outfit and have some fun with remixed winter hits, seasonal inspired drinks, and fun, special performances! just like usual, there will be a contest for best dressed and winners will earn free drinks through the month of january, on the club! and remember: this is a 21 and older event!

we say goodbye to fall and start our shift into winter! ansong in winter lasts between the months of december to mid-march.
the average weather for this season will be between -1°C (30°F) and 10°C (50°F), so make sure to bundle up well! expect there to be snow on occasion, ranging between 2.54 cm (0.5 in) to 30.48 cm (12 in) on average.

all businesses, municipal (excluding on-call firefighters), and educational intuitions will be closed on the following dates with some exceptions:
12/24 & 12/25: christmas eve & christmas day (ansong public library is open on the 24th until 6pm; businesses may remain open, if they so wish)
01/01: new years day (businesses may remain open, if they so wish)
01/28-01/30: seollal
03/01: samiljeol
residents who enjoy the seasons bistro's seasonal rotating menu will be able to enjoy their menu changes starting december 21st until march 20th.

🌈 somewhere over the rainbow, danbi's thinking there's no place like home . . . mostly because she's not the best with crowds, but being a people pleaser with a decent amount of extroverted friends means she's ended up taking part in the festivities at the last minute.
this year, mika's costume is handsewn and handmade. she spent hours glueing flowers to show and sprinkles sparkles onto wings to create the little green fairy: jealousy.
in an attempt to be a little different from her usual cottagecore outfits and show off how much she's been working out lately ( she swears she's gaining muscle she's not ) june's dressing up as wonder woman! complete with lasso of truth not pictured here she's down to tie you up if you promise to tell her how pretty she looks
