I can understand and support pedophiles who know their attraction to children, whether it be romantic, sexual, or both, is wrong and want to get help and try to stay away from situations where they can be in contact with a lot of children.

However, the ‘MAP’ community? Fuck those guys. Even if they claim to be “non offending”, their community isn’t based on getting help and trying to heal together, nah, they just want to normalize pedophilia decorating it with pride flags and a bunch of weird terms like NOMAP or SOMAP, grooming literal children and teens in the process.

So, just to be clear: if you support Tumblr’s MAP community, I don’t want you near my blog.

Support them getting help. What most of y’all positivity map accounts are doing isn’t in anyway helpful, being a pedophile isn’t okay and shouldn’t be played off as such. Pedophiles don’t need to feel safe. I don’t want to live in fear of my future child ever being “groomed” by a “minor attracted person” or whatever the fuck you creeps call it. Supporting the MAP community isn’t support, it’s encouragement and you telling them that what they’re doing is okay when it fucking isn’t. Help them get help, you MAP supporters are just as disgusting.
