Take a shot if…
The redesign is completely impractical for the show.
It’s a general eyesore.
The artist clearly made the redesign just because I don’t like the show.
Two shots if
The character is given make up and/or longer hair
The character is now wearing a skirt instead of pants (bonus shot if OG a tomboy)
The character now wears pink
The character’s body was changed “to look more feminine” 
And take a five whole shots if the artist calls it a redesign, but it’s just drawn in a different style.
