More to the point, considering most of the terrorists in the west in the past 3 years have been people with no record whatsoever or who slipped under all of the Intel agencies radars … how terrible of an idea can you have to make a system where people with no record can skip the majority or all of security?

Last year they fucked up when I was flying to Dallas from Minneapolis, and I went through the TSA pre line. My carry one went through a metal detector, but I was never searched, wanded, metal detected, anything - I could have easily wandered in to the secure area of the airport with a loaded gun or worse…. and I wasn’t even supposed to be in the TSA pre line.
