Snow day lunch: chicken marinated overnight in balsamic & honey vinaigrette, mushrooms & red wine vinegar. Grilled onions & attempt at garlic bread on the side. Finally got the temperatures right for the chicken to be really moist in the middle!

sometimes, #anupamtriestocook doesn't work out. tried making a batter and baking these chicken tenders, but they sort of fell apart. I'll stick to the stove top.
