Connor throws himself into his usual seat next to Leon on the plane, trying to control his breathing and not let his panic spiral out of control.

“You ok, bud?”

“Yeah, just - I want to tell you something. Once we take off though, ok?”

Leon gives him a weird look and shrugs. Connor keeps counting his breaths, trying to keep them even, until they’re finally in the air.
