Kurt shouldn't cling to Blaine. He shouldn't clutch so tight. Blaine doesn't like Kurt's desires for intimacy outside of the bedroom. He never holds Kurt's hand in the hallways. He refuses to let Kurt where anything "flamboyant" to prom.

But Kurt knows that he will never get such tenderness from anyone else. Blaine might be a bit forceful, and a bit neglectful, but when he shines- well, when he serenades Kurt in glee, or dances with him in a Christmas special, or actually makes it to a scheduled makeout, it's worth it.

Because a boy likes Kurt. A boy likes him, and he might hurt him, but that's the price to pay. Kurt is not everyone's type, and those he is the type of are the kinds of boys who take.
