In short, she owes me money and merchandises. We were business partners, customers of each other, and friends (or at least I thought we were... )

I bought her merchandises in Japan, and in return she bought me pins, english mangas/manhwas in the USA.

Got caught lying about purchases that never happened (when I already paid for it), and promised shipping (of my merch) which didn't happen neither.

When I confronted her about the lies and excuses, she just disappeared. I didn't hear from her since June 1st 2026.

No shipping, no answers, no merchandise, nothing...

Since I can't reach her,

1: I was forced to ask a common friend to buy me those mangas/manhwas Liz has, and refuse to ship...

2: I am also selling all her merchandises I have, so I can get back some of my money...

3: And I also met my lawyer. We are opening a criminal case against her in Japan for fraud.

I don't think she understands, that she can not treat people like this, definitely not when she owes money and merchandises to them... There will be consequences.

My problem is not that she forgot to buy or ship my merch, my problem is how she treats me or how she reacts when I ask about it. My questions, my anger, my frustration are 100% legitimate.

Please be careful doing business with her, or ordering pins from her. She lies, and she goes on hiatus after hiatus when she owes merchandises to customers, without any updates neither. She is also using a lot of excuses to avoid talking about issues.
