If I remember correctly the ATK DEF and HP increase for LOVE is/// +20% ATK +2.5% DEF and +20%HP// and Level is //+25% ATK +20% DEF// but the HP varies in the level and the base Level as is they are Level one it’s/// ((5(BASE-HP))/90)Level^2 + ((15(BASE-HP))/90)Level + ((70(BASE-HP))/90). So if papyrus is LV one but Level 20 (due to EXP his Level is 6) his stats would be (again in my opinion and rounding so it looks good) /// ATK: 50 DEF: 48 HP: 4,740 /// and that’s with him holding back

Why do you think monsters have different stats like papyrus’s 20 (8) or undyne’s 50 (7) (imo the “data” stats is the power of the soul and in the “battle box” kind of battle it’s a battle between souls however when fought outside the “battle box” their stats would be the check stats) speaking of which what would underfell papyrus’s data ATK and DEF look like?

By the coding of Undertale however, he has only 8

The numbers we see in game are in fact there for the storyline and to make things more fun for the players, and are not hard data on how the characters are programmed to fight

Hence Sans' famous "1" HP being something that is not canon. Sans is a game character designed to die when hit once. The easiest way to code this is to just give him 1 HP. What his actual HP is in canon is unknown

How long does stats usually take to make? Ya know (ATK DEF HP LV)?

Usually around 5 minutes. I pull up two tabs: one that tracks LV increases for Frisk, and the other for the monster I'm looking up and their displayed battle stats. Then I decide what their LV would be, with 1 being Pacifist, and 20 being "I have gone round the bend to insanity with my need to hurt others for pleasure", and figure out from their canon stats what an increase would look like

but with papyrus’s ATK being 20 at LOVE 1 at LOVE 13 the increase would be 340% for ATK (or 68 ATK) and DEF would be 120% (or 28 DEF) and hp with the same increase of 360% would be 2,448 HP? I’m not trying to be mean I’m just confused

I run LV differently, I tend to rank it by how violent someone is. Monster Kid is one hundred percent down with killing, even if he hasn't done it himself, and finds joy in violence.

So why don’t you do undying, NEO, or Disbelief (All underfell) stats? Is it to complicated or..?

That begs another question what if underfell sans got determined? And underfell mistbelief papyrus? What are their stats? I beg of you- I want to know!

Underfell Sans is determined when he runs the Judgement Fight. At that point you stop counting what his actual stats are and just hope you live long enough to reset

So basically undyne the undying is undyne is the genocide route of UNDERTALE when she is struck down by the player in one hit then finds enough DT in herself to come back and fight. Stats /// Undyne the Undying ATK 99 DEF 99 HP 23,000\\\ and Mettaton NEO is form that was used to eradicate humans but was weakens due to most of the human hunting capabilities being removed: stats//// Mettaton NEO ATK 90 DEF 9 HP 30,000\\\

Right, but Undyne the Undying was also motivated by the need to defend the Underground. Would an Undyne with LV still feel that strong a drive to defend her people? Would she manage to tap into that DT if only fighting for herself?

Lets say in this case she was. And if that’s to much what if she had an equal amount of DT? And undertale Metaton NEO was built to kill the human so basically a buffed up version of EX mettaton? Because alphys would not take out the human eradication features in underfell.
