Our first event went pretty good considering our net is really small and it was the first event, and now the prompts for the second event are being released!

Keep in mind that you can write for any combination of the prompts given for each day, and that you can also write as little or as much as you’d like. You do not have to participate every day so don’t feel pressured to if you don’t have the time/inspiration/etc!

Hello everybody! 

I’d like to thank anybody who filled out the survey and I am excited to announce our first event as a network! This is a week for writing fanfiction (fandom doesn’t matter at all!) and seeing what you can do as a writer. As always, you don’t have to participate every day and don’t worry about posting late or anything!

 I’d also like to invite the members of @aph-fanfic-network to join in, as well as any other fanfiction author who would like to!

The Gryffindor table, which had been adorned with various red and gold items, the more interesting of them appearing to be someone’s underwear, instantly burst into cheers when they saw their Seeker. Grinning from ear to ear, Alfred made his way to the table, nearly getting knocked over by an over enthusiastic hug from Gilbert, who threw his arm around Alfred’s shoulders the moment he saw him.

Summary:  I opened the door and he pushed his way past me before I could even greet him. “Well?” He hissed, “Where are we going?” He said it as if it were some sort of scandalous thing, when really we were just practicing Hindemith’s Symphonic Metamorphosis. Then again, it was by Hindemith, so therefore it could not ever be that simple. It never was with Hindemith. I swore he had something against clarinets. Nobody in their right mind would cram that many triplets into one piece at unreasonable speeds. Not to mention the high C, or concert Bb, which was about five bars over the staff, and something that shouldn’t have ever existed.
