Being confident about your looks and not letting anyone put you down is one thing and being narcissistic and self absorbed is different. I’m sorry to say but Sooyoung just takes it to a whole new level with her “I’m a perfect Goddess” thing, I’m not saying she shouldn’t be confident about the way she looks -it’s amazing that she can actually feel good about her looks unlike so many other idols - but she most certainly mustn’t consider herself above everyone else. I’m not trying to be rude but I think Sooyoung can be really narcissistic about her looks - Being confident about your looks and not letting anyone ruin that for you is one thing but considering yourself to be the prettiest being is another - she might have just been “joking” (that’s literally all you guys say in their defence for literally ever scandal/issue tbh XD) but it’s kind of off-putting - I really really love her and her personality but sometimes it gets a little bit too much.
