]ps[ is organising free transportation (performancespace.org/Tiding) between Folkestone and the Romney Marsh site.
The day begins with a welcome (vegan) picnic at St. Augustines Church - one of the smallest churches on the Marsh, which was originally built in the 13th century and restored in 1873. Redundant since 1883, the church was originally Catholic but stopped holding Latin Masses when it turned Protestant at the time of the Reformation in the 16th century.
Artists; Sandra Johnston, Lynn Lu and James Jordan Johnson will present performances across the afternoon.
Tiding is a free event - but we require audiences to RSVP (performancespace.org/Tiding) so that we know how much food and transport to arrange.
We advise audiences travelling from London to take the 10.34 train from St Pancras International, arriving into Folkestone Central at 11.26. The Quarterhouse meeting point (performancespace.org/Tiding) is a 10-15 minute walk or 4 minute cab from the Folkestone Central.
If you are returning to London, we advise taking the 10pm or 11pm train from Folkestone Central after our evening performance.
Further information can be found on our website (performancespace.org/Tiding).
