What texture or overlay do you use to make the wallpapers? I heard you can use ibispaint. I tried to find it but I can’t

The app ibispaint (full name ibis paint x)is only for android. It has nothing to do with textures or overlays which every editor has to find themselves. I recommend looking for them on DeviantART. Sorry I can’t be much of a help, but I’ve had some bad experiences when sharing resources with others.
