Since you only wanted some Adamaï headcanons (and not x reader ones), here's what you came for:
Adamaï keeps a mediation routine since Oma Island — a habit that he had since he had been living with Grougaloragran. He meditates at sunrise and sunset every day, wings folded, eyes closed while radiating wakfu energy.
Despite his proud, intellectual demeanor, he actually has a quiet love for dumb humor. He loves listening to Ruel’s terrible puns for how dumb they are.
He’s a perfectionist. If he sharpens his dragonic abilities, or studies his people's history, he’ll repeat the trainings and find new material to read until everything is flawless and he memorizes what he studied. He secretly hates it when Yugo “wings it” at his own eliatrope abilities for the few first times and still succeeds.
His dragon instincts make him a bit of a hoarder — not of gold, but of books, crystals, and mementos. He keeps a small pouch filled with little keepsakes from the Brotherhood’s adventures, even after their falling-out.
He hums in Draconic when concentrating. The tune usually comes from a lullaby Grougaloragran used to sing to him when he had been just a baby.
With Yugo: He loves his brother deeply but sometimes envies his charisma. Yugo connects with others so easily, while Adamaï tends to overthink and isolate himself...
After Season 3, he spends years trying to make up for the pain he caused, often practicing himself on what he should say by writing unsent letters to Yugo to work through his guilt.
With Amalia: He's never had a particular issue with her, just that she could be loud and stubborn from time to time. When Yugo had told him his affections for Amalia, that made Adamaï have a newer view on her. As she grew up, he had come to express a mutual respect with her. Though, her stubborn optimism reminds him painfully of Yugo.
With Evangelyne: She’s one of the few people he feels tense around. After all, he did attack her and her family while she had been pregnant. Ever since then, he had just felt horrible being around her by himself. He cannot stand being in the same room as her. And yet, Eva never judges him, or berates him for what he had done. He often wonders why she hadn't done any of that yet, but a huge part of him has a feeling that it's because she already knows he's punishing himself already. She never did raise a hand at him either. In a way, he looks up at her for that. He thought about how if he’d had her patience, things might have gone differently.
With Percedal: They spar often. Adamaï pretends it’s for training, but it’s actually how he apologizes — through action rather than words. He knows Dally isn't the type to think too much about this. To pay him back, he should simply show it.
With Ruel: Ruel calls him “scaly brat,” and Adamaï just accepts it. Expect him to give the old man a side-eye everytime he says it.
Adamaï doesn't expose his entire dragon form even during battle. It is pretty rare for him to expose his true form mainly because it actually physically hurts when he tries transforming. He doesn't know why, and he doesn't know how this could have happened. It used to not hurt back when he had been a kid, even when he had been manipulated by a shushu that one time.
He doesn't want to think that it's because Oropo screwed up his growing process. He could still remember how even Qilby and their mother had been surprised to see him like this.
He has an ancestral memory connection: sometimes he dreams in flashes of past dragon lives, seeing towns that no longer exist. It’s disorienting but also comforting.
He’s still awkward with coming back to Amakna, but Alibert still loves him very much and tends to check up on him from time to time when he's in the kitchen.
He cooks up a good gobball stew dish for Yugo as another sort of apology, but also to make him show how he still remembers the most iconic recipe of Alibert's inn.
He still has a broken fragment of Kerosho's shushu prison for keepsake.
Adamaï struggles with touch; after his time in isolation, he finds it hard to let others physically comfort him. But when Yugo hugs him, he doesn’t pull away anymore.
He’s still afraid of losing everyone he loves because of his actions — sometimes he dreams of burning everything he loves. He wakes up growling, breath ragged, wings that sprouted out twitching.
On the anniversary of Grougaloragran’s death, he lights up a small fire in the sky as a way to commemorate his past guardian. Even when his teacher had been reborn, his heart will never forget his older brother who raised him.
He’s slowly learning to laugh again. The first genuine laugh he shares with Yugo after years apart makes both of them cry.
