Abolish ICE.
16 panels for 16 years of sharing wonderfully engaged conversations. Youâve given more than you or anyone expected and I hope the present and future gives you all of that goodwill back and then some.
We gave all of our money to spineless worms who sold us the fuck out.
A short comic about 2025 so far. Got a monthly Art Club meeting with my co-workers which pushed me to reflect on this cursed year. My heart goes out to anyone trying to âmake stuffâ (or meet new people) in these punishing times. I see & hear ya.
SO, WEâRE DOING THIS AGAIN: Part 3 of 3.
This is the actual conversation we had that night, albeit condensed and *slightly* exaggerated.
I need to find more direct ways to be useful and weâve got plenty of time for that as the cruelty continues. While Iâll be stepping away from comics for another spell (since they tend to bring out bad habits these days), I suppose this one is a plea for any of you fellow artists who feel a similar futility to KEEP PUSHING.
Of *course* these days are a struggle for anyone with a shred of fuckinâ empathy, but perhaps itâs a small solace to know youâre not alone. I do believe the good people are stepping up and itâll feel great to support each other. Thanks for reading, friends.
SO, WEâRE DOING THIS AGAIN: Part 2 of 3.
Itâs a strange exercise to condense almost 10 years into a few panels when they felt like 100 years. Nevertheless, Iâm compelled to continue this Cliff Notes version of my life to hold myself accountable for poor choices as well as appreciate my friends/community and small adventures. I may be showing my ass more than a sensible person would, but some weeks/months are better than others. I feel fine today, and thatâs all for now. 3rd and final part out in a few.
SO, WEâRE DOING THIS AGAIN: Part 1 of 3.
I started writing/drawing this after the election (verrry slowwwly), since I needed to zoom out and put some perspective on the current malaise. Reflecting on how/why I continued creating despite personal/political setbacks. Part 2 out tomorrow.
There are countless amazing David Lynch anecdotes, but this one was so compelling that I had to draw a comic about it.
RIP Françoise Hardy.
Drawn from 1964 photos by Jean-Marie Périer.
X-Men 97 immediately warmed my cranky old nostalgia-resistant heart, so of course I had to draw the potential origin story of Gambitâs scene-stealing crop top.
