Yu’s shadow did a complete one eighty when he had referred to Adachi the way he did, though he did have to wonder what exactly the man had did–Yes, he had heard about the murders, but he was unsure about the exact circumstances that surrounded the midnight channel incidents that surrounded Inaba for awhile as well as his friend’s life.

“Same thing. You’re right.” But Akira could respect his wishes and not dig anymore into what the shadow had said not to. He’d prefer to keep his tongue, thank you very much . Though shadows functioned with negative emotions–the two went hand in hand after all, it was strange to see him rejecting that particular subject. Whatever.  “So if you shove someone into the TV, they die?” He just wants to make certain, though he has an idea of who would drive Yu to the point of wanting to murder, especially if they were hurt–The idea is automatically his little cousin, Dojima’s daughter. 

At least Akira listened to shadow. Though next question made him roll his eyes. He already said thing that was leading away from this though. Maybe he didn’t made himself clear enough.

“Well, if that was a case, then whole Investigation Team would be dead ages ago. TVs is entrance to this world, only opened by certain people. And as I said ‘left them to die’, their own shadow would finish them off anyway. It’s important that people face themself, right?” Should be at least. Doesn’t apply that perfect to reality, even if this would make everything oh so easier for him.

“But if I’m not mistaken that probably doesn’t apply to you right? Every team so far had diffrent way to gain persona and all of that stuff, besides even in group rules there are exceptions and whole thing gets more messy. Not like anyone cares about it. More focused on being glued to certain people, afraid to lost them and meaning of own life with that. Or at least that’s ‘mine’ logic somehow explained. He’d never speak up about that though.” Or ever say so much like shadow at the moment, stuck to this ‘quiet personality’. Yu stayed quiet for a moment like to give moment to take all of that. It wasn’t a long time though.

He asked, before taking circles around new person, somewhat suprised by seeing someone he didn’t recognize yet. Kinda bothersome to meet new people. In matter of seconds he pulled katana and with wide smile pointed it at other’s neck, just to make sure he won’t try escaping.

“Anyway, I’m pretty sure it’s worse for you to be here instead of wherever your shadow is. Unless you want to try convince me to not kill you right now? Tick tock, time is running.”

Shadow stayed back to the person behind him. Not only he perfectly knew who was behind him, but there was no need to since he didn’t really feel in danger. First - there’s almost no way she’d be aware they’d meet, second - Naoto didn’t have a chance against shadow in his eyes.

He shrugged, before looking up and letting out chuckle.

“Do you need another lesson, Detective Shirogane? I’ll gladly help to teach that this world is deadly.”
