Aria wasn't quite sure that this was really happening, but the lips pressed against hers and the arm wrapped around her shoulder felt pretty solid to her. She held the kiss as long as she could, sucking gently on Dakota's lower lips, hoping for a signal from the girl as to how she wanted to proceed.

Aria felt incredible. In her previous school, her previous life, girls so much as hugging each other was frowned upon, yet here, within a matter of weeks she had kissed not one but two incredibly hot girls. She wasn’t quite sure what had given her the courage to do so either time, but all she knew right now was the feel of Dakota’s lips on hers, the taste of her fruity lip gloss on her tongue and her scent in her nose. She was all for taking it further but as soon as she noticed the other girl wasn’t responding, merely sitting in one place she backed off immediately. She dropped herself to the roof and covered her face with her hands, and with a quick glance through her fingers at the other girl she began to cry.

Her eyes widened as she saw the girl crying and started cursing under her breath. “I’m so sorry… I didn’t mean to upset you. I just didn’t know what to do I’ve never been kissed before I’m so sorry maybe I should just go.” She looked all around herself, panicked slightly as she moved to be sitting on her knees. “I’m so sorry, i didn’t mean to upset you. Shit I messed up…”

Aria pulled on the sleeve of her jumper, wiping her eyes. "You didn't upset me. I thought you didn't like it, I thought you wanted me to stop. I thought maybe you weren't gay. I don't know what I thought, I panicked. You don't hate me?"

As much as the younger girl tried to hide it Aria could see she was still sad. "Hey, hey, hey. Look at me." She had been intending to find something profound to say to cheer the other girl up, but as Dakota looked up and she looked into her eyes the power of speech left her. There was something about this girl, she didn't know what, that simply stopped her in her tracks. They simply stared at each other for almost a full minute before Aria found the power to speak. "Oh, what the hell?" Aria exclaimed before grabbing hold of the other girl, one hand on the face still, the other between the shoulder blades, and pulling her in for a kiss.
