Snow Cat
By: Hailey DeRoo Haugen

More: OMG! Look at those cute little besties watching the snow fall. If that doesn’t warm your heart, we don’t know what will?
While we can’t really call this cute bb a “snow cat,” we can call its relative, the elusive snow leopard, one.
Snow leopards are the only big cats that call the cold deserts of Asia home. These deserts are also known as the third pole because they contain ice fields with the largest reserves of freshwater outside the northern and southern polar regions. They are often called the “ghosts of the mountain” because they are so rarely seen and spend most of their lives in solitude.
So… while the snow leopard makes more sense in the snow, we think cuddling up like these two this winter, is probably the best idea.

me aged 10: sounds fake but ok
me now:
I’ll turn him into a flea, a harmless little flea, and then I’ll put that flea in a box, and then I’ll put that box inside of another box, and then I’ll mail that box to myself, and when it arrives, ah ha ha ha! I’ll smash it with a hammer! It’s brilliant, brilliant, brilliant, I tell you! Genius, I say! Or, to save on postage, I’ll just poison him with this. The Emperor’s New Groove (2000) dir. Mark Dindal
